Nice update!
With my limited use of the app it seems very easy to use and helpful.

Still needs improvement
Well it still needs to list the cost of the prescription when it is filled, that’s the most annoying part, Cvs Walgreens hell even Walmart app at least tell you what your filled script is going to be! Also the last update messed with my log in feature may not be a big deal to some people but when everything is saved under finger print log in and that suddenly stops working you have to go through all the steps of making a new password because I never typed the thing in until now lol.

Almost there, but lacking
When I refill a prescription, it tells me it will be ready at the requested time. But nowhere does it allow me to request a time, nor does it indicate what that time is. There is no indication of any kind of when I can expect it to be ready. Also, I miss the function that most pharmacy apps have where you can scan the label instead of entering the prescription number manually. (When I try to provide this feedback in the feedback function, it fails to send.)

Needs updated
When the app works it gets the job done. Most of the time when I open the app it just sits there with a gray loading screen and does nothing else. When it does open it makes me re-login after every prescription. Really doesn’t help that it says the last time the devs updated the app was over a year ago.

Very limited
App way too limited for my liking in terms of usefulness. It appears all you can do are refill and transfer requests. It would be nice if there was a way to see refill request status, pricing of prescription, and prescription history the way I’m able to on other pharmacy apps. I may end up transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy. Seems pointless to refill on the app and still have to call and/or visit the pharmacy to get the information I need.

New update!
The new release allows much more mobility and usefulness. Allows the user to select prescriptions from their profile and now lets you select a specific pickup time. Much better than the previous versions.

Often Does Not Open
I like the app when it works, but often get the “oops” line and told to try later. Also, it would be helpful to know the cost before going to pick it up.
