cliffyyyyyy,
outstanding
I'm a coach and I use this app to help keep my practices and offseason workout routines on schedule. I especially like the custom voice prompts you can add to each interval so you don't have to constantly look at your phone. I just put one of my ear plugs in and go off the voice prompts. if I had to be picky I wish I could share my custom routines with my asst coaches without them having to type it into their phone...

Invaluable
I’ve have been using UniTimer for Years, it is by far the absolute Best interval timer on the market. Easy to use, highly functional and versatile enough to build exactly the workout you want. 100% homerun

Good but ...
Needs more features, such as:
1. Speaking out the workouts

2. Moving back to a previous exercise (currently can only skip forward)

3. Keep history of previous workouts that ran

Thanks!
LovedToShare,
THE BEST ONE
Donwloaded and tried many, many timers. This is the best one out there! Needed something to help with PT exercises - some are timed, some are reps. Have been able to create exactly what I need. Have had many folks ask what I use and they are now using it as well.
Also, received a prompt response (and assistance) from developer with a recent problem.
A MUST HAVE !!!!
natureboyms,
Great for morning routines!
This is just what our family is looking for! Create a routine and let the timers keep you on track.

One awesome feature to add is if a timer could be set to start at a certain time everyday (or on certain days). That would really complete the functionality of the app.

Thanks!
Antaeus Feldspar,
Excellent!
Extremely well-thought-out app! Makes my exercise routine so much easier; I can set up an interval timer in seconds and have it keep track of the count while I concentrate on proper form. I can even record my own audio within the app to guide me through each exercise!
MrsGartner,
best timer for custom!!!
BEST TIMER for customized workouts!!! You can write your own programs, label each round, has a copy button, edit times, change colors, change screen views, ect. Overall, the best timer for creating your own customized HIIT and interval workouts I've found. Kudos!

Wrestling Coach/Personal Work Outs
As a wrestling coach I use this application to customize efficient practices. As an athlete I use it for my personal work outs.

It is very simple to customize, duplicate and save multiple work outs.

I pair my iPad to my Jambox amplify sounds and notifications.

Great App
I like this app!! Is there a way to add a forward button to go to the next exercise? I have some other suggestions but can't remember them.
