Heistenberg,
App does not work. At all.
I have not been able to access my textbook at all because I can’t even open it without the app crashing. In this day and age of online learning, publishing an unusable app like this one is just shameful. Worse than useless since it wasted my time & memory space on my iPad, not to mention the money I paid to access the etext in the first place. Also note that it does not give true offline access; even if the book is saved to device, it requires Internet access to “verify” the loan when the app is opened.

Trash
Not remotely user friendly. I can't un-highlight text, take notes easily, highlight text easily, or access many useful settings such as turning off the tapping on the sides of the screen to turn the page (since I end up turning the page every time I try to highlight). There is no support for using a stylus to take notes on the text itself, either, or even to highlight - the screen just gets dragged around.

My school has forced me to use this app for a class but I’d never use it again of my own volition.

Worthless App
This app and Unizin products exist to serve instructors. They are horrible for the user/reader. My app crashes every time upon opening a book and attempting to use it or read it in any way or any feature. It’s bulky and the search function is awful. You can’t take notes or highlight in the app. Reading it on a computer or browser is awkward and impractical. All around just an awful product. Don’t waste your time and buy a PDF version of the textbook(s).

Unusable
Crashes as soon as you try to navigate whether it be to search or to turn a page. I don't understand why this is even available if they won't fix it. It's been this way for at least a year.
Tiifjdhdhs,
Crashes immediately unable to use.
Would give a rating of zero if possible. After opening my textbook any attempt to navigate, whether turning the page or attempting to look at chapters the app crashes. Completely useless!

Very unreliable
I get the idea and the benefits of digital textbooks. It’s positive intention. But when reliability is this poor, why do it? It gets in the way of learning. As the fees for Unizin are built in to ,y course fee structure yet the app is unreliable on iOS tablets, I will be seeking some kind of recourse to make it right.
Dale NYC,
Could be better..
Very unreliable if you have several materials to download you have to uninstall the app...annoying glitch!

Crashes Consistently
Crashes on both iPad and MacBook Pro as soon as I do *any* action in a book. App hasn't been updated for 2 years. Seems completely abandoned.

Crashes
This app crashes every time you try to access the content of a book. Based on other reviews, this issue has persisted for months. Very disappointing.

Unusable
Crashes as soon as you try to turn a page. Would be great if all I wanted to do is look at the cover of the book I’m supposed to be reading
