Garbage, their app and the company’s attitude to the clients
I have been a customer for a very long time with this company, 10 years. Although I have a basic account, I called the number on the app to see why the app is not working. After going through the automations, I was told by the computer that help is no available because I am not a “deluxe” customer, and I was hung up on!
I understand that they are not making enough money to give me service, but at least if they explain the benefits of deluxe, the may get more customers, nay, doctors and professional office to join and elect the deluxe package.
Very disappointed in this company. It is time to move on from them.
