Only works with Polish phone numbers. If you have one, make SURE you refresh the app as many times as necessary to finally get it to end your rental. Otherwise you’ll get a text 3 hours later that you have a bike being rented. Customer service was nice enough, but theres a second glitch where the prompt “press 2 for English” gets put on permanent loop and you can’t move past it. Seems like a good system if you have a Polish number and you’re really careful about the app.

is it really working?
I tried to delete my account but now get an email with confirmation. i saw people riding on it, but i literally have not been able to deposit money to wallet. it doesn’t go through payment processing

MAJOR bugs remove account money
Only app in the world where removing 1 zloty from a 10 zloty top up leaves you 6 zloty. And I’m not the only one! My friend has the same issue.
Posting here as I never heard back from support. I used to flag the bikes that don’t work but got no answer ever so I stopped.

Impossible to sign up
US cell number: the app doesn’t allow to enter all digits of your phone, so it fails to send an SMS and stalls registration. Useless.
Another issue: impossible to plan routes, like most other apps allow you to do.

Required identity verification via phone not possible because field for entering your phone number has a limited number of digits. Needs fixing!

Unless You have a polish cell number don’t even attempt to set up an account. Garbage!
I speak / read fluent polish and an interface is still a hot mess! Very disappointing and likely a reason why people choose an electric

Terrible
The app demands a polish personal ID number, which of course tourists don’t have. Plus the interface is a mess. Many buttons don’t work. You’re pooped back to previous entries without explanation. Save your time and just rent a bike from a shop.

Login button is broken
Enter correct phone number and pin but the login button is dead. Nothing happens when you tap it.
