* Fix the blur effect. The blur effect is now a real blur effect that changes dynamically with the video. With the blur effect you can hide those "censored" parts of your video clips. Just select the "Add Image" button, then select the blur image and position it over the part of the video clip you want to apply the blur effect.
* Unlimited video clips and photos. Now you can add unlimited number of video clips and photos to your video composition. Previously there was a limit of 8 video clips and photos. Now you can create better video compositions using lots of small video clips. Also you can create awesome slideshows with your photos.

THE BEST!!
I've been using this app for a little over 2 years and have had nothing but great experiences using it!
I have been able to edit so many videos at home and on the go with such precision that people have asked me if I've used software such as Final Cut! I am also self-taught in this type of work so I can stand by stating that this app makes it easy for anyone to learn how to edit videos like the pros!
I love it and hope to see more updates from this company! Yes, I am willing to PAY for these updates as long as the stellar service continues! ❤️❤️❤️

** UPDATE **
Updating my previous review. Really a 5 star app - it does all I need as a professional - when I get videos from clients, I usually start with this app to clean them up and to create previews and quick edits. But, I had serious issues after an update last year (It totally went wonky but trust me, it was so frustrating and everyone in my house knew about it.) It’s since resolved - not sure why - I had already reloaded, rebooted and still had issues (as others also seemed to have after an update.) So perhaps another update either to my ipad or the app. Hope the creator feels vindicated. I knocked off off 1 star for lack of customer appreciation and the creator responding to my review pretty much accusing me of being a liar.

Too many bugs, tired of using it
App has enough problems during the editing process as it is. Whenever I get things solved to the best of my ability, I have it published to library to look at it. There’s a weird beep about 5 seconds that comes outta nowhere. The transition scenes that have the fade in or crossfade effect are instead replaced with choppy video glitching/lags, and same for the music transitioning. Can’t even go to the website accurately to report the issue without it forcing me to log in to Facebook and then the screen going blank. Don’t know if the latter is related to the app itself but just the fact that I can’t seem to accurately post anywhere where the support is meant to get back to me just pisses me off. Not like posting here seems to help anyone else with their issues

Better than most apps require subs!
It’s been a while I was looking for a video editor, most of them require to pay weekly to be able to use it’s futures, which is kinda stupid for simple editing,I’m always ok with paying one time fee for an app, but paying weekly for something that I’m not gonna use more than 3-4 times per month is not ideal for me. So I give 5 star to this developer.

Was indispensable, now unusable
After updating my iPad Mini to iOS 14.8, Videocraft was one of the first apps I tested for compatibility. Unfortunately my worst fears were realized :(
Uploaded videos are displayed cut-off and out-of-frame. Although the crop function allows me to reposition the video into view, adding additional videos is tricky because each one needs repositioning and the transitions show alignment flaws. Even worse, it’s impossible to add a message bubble or image overlay because the edit screen displays the repositioned videos as cut-off once again. I cannot position anything.
Please, PLEASE fix these issues. Thank you!

Great but bad?
Great app but still continues to crash so there have been several times I’ve lost hours and hours of editing work, which is the reason for the four stars. Wish there were more sound effects available also. But seriously? Working hours on a video only to have the app delete it or replace it with another video you’re editing on? Stinks

Wish it would work!
The app went free today, and I gave it a try. First attempt on an older iPhone X. It doesn’t seem to be able to load video on my camera roll, despite giving it full access. I was able to take a phone and then import it, and able to make a quick video with voice-over, not bad and pretty easy. However, on second attempt it wouldn’t load another photo I took with the app, it just locked-up. I thought maybe the problem was my older phone, so I tried an iPhone 11. On this phone, same problems. I’m giving up.

I do not want a virtual video edit bay on my iPhone, and this app sure doesn't feel like one. But if you are deft of finger and quick with a creative workaround, this app could prove worthy of your study. For a small one-time license fee I have untethered, ad-free access to a functional little video editor.

Good app but suggestions for future versions
The app is good for video editing on the go, though it does lack features that are available in other video editing software such as:
-the ability to add filters to the video (example black and white or vintage)
-slowing down/speeding up the audio as well as the video
-amplifying the volume/ decreasing background noise/ increasing or decreasing pitch
Other than that, I love to use the app to shorten videos and make audiovisual memes.

This app gives you a lot of freedom compared to other apps for only $3.

Other apps have these things, and if this app added all of the things I mentioned and they worked good, then this app would be better than lumafusion, and I’d definitely give this app 5 stars
