A lot of people hate on this app because it’s not “real editing” but I have different opinions. If you wanna make something fun with this app to show to friends and family, go right ahead that’s fine! But if you’re gonna post it on yt and say it’s your own that’s not ok because it’s not it’s just a template.

The consequences of copyright infringement can include fines and other financial penalties, as well as the possibility of being ordered to stop distributing the infringing material. It is important to respect the intellectual property rights of others and to properly attribute any work that is used. This is what vinkle is doing. If possible, The original editor might take legal action.

Vinkle is the kind of app you use to get a quick template to add photos to and watch with friends or browse through good songs. Not the kind you pretend is your own edit. Even the app is stealing or not giving inspiration credits. In the editing world, some ideas ARE property. You want to be recognized as the original creator to something you worked hard on instead of it being passed off as someone else's. And vinkle hasn't exactly followed that. This shouldn't be labeled as an editing app. Using presets is fine. I use them some of the time myself. It shouldn't be frowned upon. Your still using your own creativity. A template for an ENTIRE, usually well made edit isn't the same thing.

There are much better apps out there.
In the past, Vinkle stole many edit templates from people in the Instagram editing community. They did not ask the creators for permission, nor did they credit them for the template in their app until they got backlash from all over the internet.
It may be easy to just import 8 images and have an edit made for you, but why would you support an app that steals from creators just because it’s easy to do? You aren’t really learning how to edit that way.
It’s much better to try making your own transitions and put in effort to make an edit video that is truly your own.
If you’re an editing beginner, I’d recommend you try using capcut or cute cut. They are both free apps that are simple to use, but still have good features.
However, you can try alight motion or video star if you have more experience with editing. These apps offer much more options for editing, but you have to pay to get access to all the content.

I was looking for a video editor and saw this one, I think it is easy to use but when I bough it, it look fine when I got in it for the first time tho, but…..ITS FORCING ME TO BUY PREMIUM?!!!! And I need payment required I DONT KNOW WHAT MY MOMS NUMBER IS!!!!!!! Please get this out of the App Store and please, don’t download this for you friends🫵😐it’s forcing you to buy premium and i can’t buy it so please, this is why I rated a 1 star for this stupid app, so hard to use and the screen is really like for an iPhone, I’m on my ipad tho I’m not using iPhone!!!!! Please dont get this game please, it’s dogwater and really trash.

Love the app but CapCut is definitely better
You can’t really edit your videos unlike CapCut you have to choose an edit which I don’t personally really like on the other hand CapCut lets you edit your own videos which I really really like but the app is still amazing but not for people who likes to make their own edits by their selves but it’s overall a really good app 👍

Cropping and pictures
Can you guys fix the bugs in the pictures and add the cropping again please. The pictures I choose aren’t selected I have more pictures that I want to use in the video but it won’t work unless I’ve used it before

Bad
Don’t download once you allow access to photos and you start using you it you’ll start to see that the most of the photos that you put into Vinkle are starting to disappear. Idk if this happened to everyone but after I started using it, most of the photos I used got deleted and I can’t find them in my gallery when I know I never deleted them. Please fix it. I’ve started using tempo.

Had an issue with making more videos because it would only let me choose from my recent photos but I just reinstalled it and it’s working perfectly fine now. Other than that it is awesome!
