Best app/service since sliced bread!
Usually when something sounds too good to be true, it is. But this app is here to prove us all wrong! It’s super easy to use, user/age friendly and fast. Not only is the app easy to use, but the help I received from Franklin was beyond my expectations. It’s hard to find good customer service these days, he gave me a glimpse of hope that is still exists! I love this app because if I’m in the middle of a game and out of funds, I don’t have to get up and potentially lose my game while I go stand in line and wait 20 minutes at the ATM. 5 stars all around!!!!!

Not what you think
First, let me tell you not everything is disclosed. They do not process payments or disbursements Friday thru Sun. So, if you try to send money to your account it can actually take a week.
I went to withdrawal from ATM and ATM went offline a ticket printed that I had to take to cashiers cage. It took them reviewing that I did not get my money by video, security, and calling VIP to get my money (hour later).
I started my account with a savings account, and had it for months (paid over 50k to them).
The moment I went to transfer money back to my account they removed my account off file. When I called they said they do not service savings accounts. I never got an email or call about this. I will stick with the old fashion way.

Digital Wallet for Casino
Visited Down Stream Casino in Joplin Missouri and they recently started using the VIP Mobility system. So far it’s pretty good, the interface is clean and easy to understand. Getting started was pretty easy aswell, they even have people at the casino that will help you through the process.
It doesn’t cost anything to try out and at some places even have promotions where you can get credit at the casino to play with.
Personally I was helped by Cole and he made the process really easy and fun, much appreciated!

Leave your dirty cash at home!
The app was very easy to download and begin using. The staff at Downstream Casino were super helpful in getting it set up. I like that you can set daily limits! For the people upset that they can’t transfer money on the weekend - your bank is closed.
My only suggestion would be implement a way for people to know the system is loading after a click. The wifi at the casino is slow with so many people on it and it’s hard to know your click registered.

Great app!
Transferring your funds back into your bank account is very easy. All you have to do is pick your bank, choose the amount, press done, and then transfer the funds. It only takes a few seconds, and because of the security protocol it makes me feel safe about my money. There is also the amazing option of leaving your funds for your next visit. Overall, it is very simple, makes me feel safe, and is diverse.

Safe, Secure and convenient
I travel quite a bit for work and when I do I am looking for entertainment opportunities. I have tested a few of the apps that other companies have rolled out at their resorts since COVID and I have to say this blows all the others away, by far! Very easy to login and get started and worked great during recent my visit to Veijas. I’m going to have to stop off at their other properties more often. No more dealing with lines, people and ATM fees!

Very intuitive iOS application
This is a very intuitive iOS application. The ease of use behind all interactions at the casino that used to be very monotonous are simple to the every day user. I would highly recommend this to any casino goer as it eliminates the long lines and having countless paper tickets in my wallet or pockets. No more leaving change in the machine because I am too lazy to wait in the 40 person line…

No cash needed!
I Love this app! Being in my late 20’s I really only carry cards on me and I maybe only have a couple of bucks on me. This app allows me to be able to grab my phone and run out the door and head straight to the casino and once i’m in I can just take off and start playing whatever I want. I also love how easy it is to refill the account and how safe it is.

This is my first time using this app, or hearing about it. The demonstrator did an excellent job explaining how the app is used.
Since I frequent the casino at least 2 a week, this tool is something that I’ll use to make my experience easier.
The interface is user friendly, and I love that you can deposit funds to it like a bank app.
