The service itself is decent (though you need to be able to assert your boundaries at times since the VIP advisors can be aggressive about continually moving the matchmaking process forward, and this isn’t a process you should rush). The app needs some work; the chat function just loads indefinitely at times. If you’re familiar with standard Shaadi nothing here is going to surprise you; it’s better than the standard service, but you’d expect that for the money you’re paying. Worth it if the standard service is going nowhere for you, and you can afford it.

In a few weeks I’ve connected with some promising people thus far. It remains to be seen whether this will lead to marriage. (I would have waited to write a review, but the app is insisting I write one now, so here you go.)

I don’t know why this service is getting so many harsh reviews, the client advisors you get are all kind and work hard to get you matches. Not only that but they take care of the hassle of reaching out/ getting you connected with the other party to see if they are truly interested.

I called to cancel service and requested refund, instead 4 team members in one conference call insisted me to take VIP membership by upgrading the normal membership with all kinds of marketing and manipulative tactics and multiple follow up emails and phone calls. They promise big things, but nothing is delivered.
My consultant was Minaz shaikh, I was being informed that the she is following up with the profile by connecting with them, but it was basically a failed attempt to connect with almost all of the profiles. It seems, they were showing that they are working in the background, but nothing actually comes out of it. Please be aware that this service is not for everyone, there will be no out of the way support or helpful suggestions. They are here just to make money by tagging you under VIP category. I wish I could have saved instead of wasting my money here.

The moment you accept any of the suggested profiles from the consultant, you can see a notification in the app that ‘I have connected with prospect’ irrespective of the time of the day. This clearly goes to show that these guys are cheating you by giving automated updates and make it look like there’s actually someone working on your profile. What an unethical behaviour! As far as the suggestions, they just apply all the filter criteria you give, and automatically send you some random profiles every week that may/may not meet the criteria. There is no concept of ‘personalised service’. Don’t fall for that trap! At this point it feels like I paid $$$ only to get notified by bots. Would never recommend this service to anyone.

My rating is a 0/10. Be careful before getting the service. Basically it’s a very expensive premium membership. The matches are very few, they don’t really look for what you want. It’s hard to get in contact with consultants. If you are not having a good experience with premium don’t buy this. It cost me 600 dollar for three months. The consultant gives 2 matches per week, they are standard premium and free members who you can see with and contact without getting vip. Also all the inner circle matches don’t even have pictures. The consultants try to sell you on what they think you should want, making you feel like your preferences are too narrow. Don’t let the consultant make you settle! You deserve to find what you are looking for!

This service is a scam - most of the recommendations never get back to you. It is also not clear how they select certain profiles for recommendations.

When you spend this much amount of money for match making, you would expect
- someone who gives you good recommendations
- someone who literally works along with you to improve your profile
- someone who would refer you atleast 1 profile everyday

I got following
- 3 random profiles a week which barely match my criteria
- 5 min call or text on WhatsApp whenever the consultant felt like reaching out to you
- each consultant has 30/40 clients which would be fine if they are attentive enough
- as time goes, you would expect your consultant to get better but don’t expect that here
- I asked for 1 profile suggestion per day but consultants would point out they can’t do that etc

Save your money by not signing up here. You are better off using that money somewhere else.

Request everyone dont use there service waste of money and time you will not get VIP service and the are not answering call or message they are cheating only if will ask for refund they will make stupid story. I try to reach email Id which is mentioned but no response they don’t refund the amount its big amount has been paid forcing covert the members ship which I don’t want. Poor service be careful!!! Giving wrong information and rush you make payment.

I have never written a review in my 8 years as an iPhone user but this awful experience compelled me. I was sold this “elite” experience under the pretense of plentiful “high caliber/quality prospects.” What I got (for near $600 for 3 months) was a total rip-off SCAM. Essentially, Shaadi assigns you a “relationship consultant” who suggests “matches” (completely random, non-VIP, picked from general population). It is a total racket meant to scam people who are seriously looking and want to ensure they are getting real (& quality) people.

All they do is lie about their service to you... They will tell the subscription is 1200 n giving it for 600$. And will say the will dedicate a person to find a match for you. But they just shortlist 2 profiles from the pool and send them to you... You can do that by yourself... And they follow with thru email just for the sake... I paid for 6 months of service and didn't even talk to a single prospect.
