Viper Tec Knives Hack 2 + Redeem Codes

I have tried everything I tried the new update I put the new update on my phone I have that possibly everything I can to get this app work but I just don’t know what to do anymore so I guess I’m just stuck

I’m surprised a company like Viper Tec has an app that is so ridiculously bad. I downloaded the app, and upon opening it, there is a pop up message saying there is an updated version of the app to download, with a button that says, “update.” Tap on the update button and you’re taken to the App Store to download the exact same app. The only button option in the App Store is the familiar “open” button, indicating you’ve already downloaded the app. But you tap the open button anyway, because why not? The app opens and guess what comes next? A pop up message saying there is an updated version of the app to download, with a button that says, “update.” I’ll give you one guess what happens if you tap that “update” button. If you guessed the same process I just outlined then you win a prize. At least remove it from the App Store. Or give a new message that pops up. I was really hopeful and am really disappointed. Obviously, Viper Tec makes incredible knives and not apps. But in this day and age, the app says a lot about how a company sees its customers. Please do better.

Ordered a knife 28 days ago and still have not received it. Emailed support to follow up and make sure the order went through after 7 days and they responded that it was on back order and would be shipping by the end of the week. Never got a follow up that the order shipped so I called the following week. Was told that the knife was back in stock and would be shipping that day. A week later still no tracking info or knife and customer service has not returned my message.

The app was great until the last update. Now EVERY TIME I open the app I get the “there is an update” warning. I click on it and it takes me to the App Store, where I find that I already have the most recent update. So I click “open” from the App Store only to go back to the app to find it telling me I need to download the update. I can’t get past the update warning to use the app. WTH !! Until that is fixed, 1 star. Fix that and it till be 5 stars again.

The knifes look super cool but I would know because I haven’t gotten mine yet. I bought them 18days ago and the one says it will finally arrive after 26 days. The other knife was allegedly sent but they just emailed me that they are somehow out of stock. I don’t know if I will even get that knife because they were already trying to get me to settle for another random knife instead of the one I ordered. The whole process after purchase has been a cluster F.

Find it funny I order a knife and it tells me to use this app that states that an update is needed yet I have the most current version.
Extremely disappointed that this hasn’t been addressed!

It says there’s an updated version and sends me to App Store. I’ve deleted, redownloaded, tried everything but it’s stuck in a loop to use updated version and will not open. Viper Tec website is fine but App will not work. I have quite a few of their knives and will buy more but not with the App and I’m probably missing out on some better deals.

Caleb here. I am a long time customer and I am proud to be the 4th person to review Viper Tec Knive’s new app! They make awesome knives that are sturdy and sharp. Definitely give them a try if you love knives

I have downloaded/installed this app 20 times and it doesn’t work. Just continues to tell me there is an update available once I open the app but won’t go any further and there is no update available. All software is up to date
