Minor bug fixes

* Tournament games are now indicated in the online menu
* Can now see Invite code on the pending opponent match in the online menu
* Players can now politely nudge their opponents when timed out rather than end the game via a timeout
* Players can no longer abandon a new match unless an appropriate time has elapsed since you played or the timeout period has elapsed
* Players can no longer start a new match if another player has been waiting for you to play your shot
* Umpire will now take into account current score of first end when a timeout occurs, and decide whether a win can claimed or whether the match needs to be abandoned
* Fix to issue where last shot wouldn't show the timeout pop up when it should do
* When your opponent plays the last bowl, your ranking points will now update immediately once you know the result
* Added six new bowls and a welsh mat for customisation - let me know if there are any mats/bowls you would like to see in the game
* Fixed some reported crashes. If you come across any app errors/issues that always seems to happen in the same way for you then please let me know. Any instructions as to how to reproduce them also appreciated.
* Tuned driving shots, particularly reduced the effect on heavier bowls. There is still a random element in there that needs to be compensated for when aiming, but they should be easier to achieve now. All feedback on this welcome!

* Push notifications are now available to send players alerts when it is their turn in an online game or when a game has started.
* Monthly performance rankings leaderboard.
* Users will now be forced to update to latest app versions after a grace period has expired.

General Fixes
- Fixed annoying crash when creating a new online game seen by some busy users.
Timeouts
- Made it so that if a player claims a time out in a match they are not winning, the match is abandoned rather than won.
- Some leniency added to time outs, should help timeouts being claimed when a player has to roll three times in a turn.
Ranking Points
- Reset ranking points appropriately for this year's season. See the Facebook page for more details on this.
- Issue where sometimes the winner would not be rewarded ranking points has been resolved.
In-app Notifications
- Once you have connected Online, if you are in the app it will notify you of an update in a game (even if you are currently playing another game).
Cosmetics
- Online games in the menu now show the type of match they are (Leisure, Live, Quick).
- Active games are now separated from inactive games in the online matches menu.
- Abandoned online games will disappear from the menu after 3 days.
- Abandoned online games without an opponent will be deleted immediately.
- Now indicates abandoned/timed out games when in game on the scoreboard.
Gameplay
- Drive shots are not harder to pull off and are less accurate. This change is being monitored and might be tuned in the future.
Online Rules
- The jack can no longer be ditched by the first bowl. It will be repositioned. This change is being monitored and might be changed in the future.

* Complete overhaul of the online multiplayer technology. Please report any issues you come across and they will be addressed asap.
