Gamified my workout routine
Vital’s network and Proof of Health streak count was the motivation I needed to turn my fitness routine into a daily ritual. The streaks and friends make it such that even on my busy or tiring days, I put in the extra energy to get some kind of workout in. The other users are aspirational and friendly motivation. Vital is probably adding years to peoples’ lives.

Favorite Social Media App
The Vital App and community are a refreshing take on social media. The app allows you to automatically share your activity from a wearable device to your feed where posts lead to breakout conversations on performance, shared love of the activity, and genuine well-wishes and celebration of your work.
