Description

This app is designed for Patient to record health data i.e. BP, Glucose, Pulse Ox, Wearable, BMI, ECG and share with Healthcare Provide. It is also enable asynchronous secure messaging.

Benefits for Patient:
1. User friendly App for patient to record and share personal health data
2. Personal alert notification for vital device “out of range” readings.
3. Send direct message/attachment to provider with “read” confirmation.
