We are happy to inform you that the app speaks two new languages: Spanish and German. You can go to your setting to change your language.
Moreover, we fixed a bug that prevented some Natede from registering! If, specifically, your device had flashing LEDs it will now be able to connect without problems.

Now the app notifies you when your device has been disconnected for more than 24 hours. Both with a notification and with a red bar in the home that you can click and follow the instructions on how to reconnect it.
If your Natede has a very old firmware version, the app will guide you in updating the firmware and you will be able to connect your device again. If this is not possible, the app will take you back to the FAQ on how to connect your Natede step by step.

Update: It started working today. It looks like the problem was with their servers. Upped to 4 stars.
The Vitesy has been working since I received it. As mentioned the sensors have reported drastic changes when none have occurred.
With the latest software update it has stopped working at all.

Good looking product but...
This is an interesting product. I had no trouble connecting but as others have mentioned, it’s hard to have confidence in the sensors. I’m going to keep tabs to see if it is reliable. Crossing my fingers that it does what is promised in terms of improving indoor air quality.

Follow up to first review
I was able to contact tech support and get my Natede connected. One minor issue with the temperature not being calibrated but I am told that the app is being update to include this. Thank you guys for your help!

Disappointed!
I was excited to finally get a Natede. The product is beautiful and the app and features look awesome and useful, but the app has been down for over a month and there is no sense of urgency or real concern from the team. I am lucky that the store I purchased it from is taking it back even though it’s been over 30 days.

Doesn't connect, did the trouble shooting and emailed them. Their response was basically they know it doesn't work. That was Aug 5, two weeks later still doesn't work, no update or change.

Absolutely the worst company ever
Believe the other reviewer not to trust this company at all. Devise has never worked. App is the absolute worst as it has never worked. Always excuses with no progress or improvement. They are absolutely dreadful.

Useless app
Cannot get it to connect on my Wi-Fi. Emailed Vitesy several times but they keep telling me to press the reset button, which I did 1000 times. I’ve just given up.

Why does it keep disconnecting?
Ok got it to re-recognize my Natede, but keeps disconnecting or giving me Bluetooth error so I can't see the AQI status at all, or change the settings...
