Just Lift
======
Introducing Just Lift: a new way to workout, that gives you the freedom to do the workout you want, the way you want. Compared to classes or custom workouts that have predetermined movements, rep goals and number of sets, Just Lift lets you do any movement back-to-back for as long as you want. There’s no need to choose an exercise or build a workout—simply choose a weight and start lifting. Find Just Lift in the “Workout” tab.
Faster Connection Flow
=================
The app will now automatically connect to the nearest Trainer without needing to scan its QR code. (There’s still the option to manually connect with a QR code if required.)

We've revamped the custom workout builder with a new design that is much more powerful and much easier to use:
• Made building multi-set exercises much simpler
• Added native support for building supersets and circuits

• Added arbitrary custom rest time options from 10 seconds to 10 minutes
