Finally something for us Golden Oldies!!
I mostly use this phone to call my kids and when I browse all I see is stuff thats beyond me. Im pretty excited to have discovered this app and finally found something useful for someone my age (not too old, but not too young either). It doesn’t have any revolutionary recommendations (and that’s great, I don’t do fads and cure-alls) but gathers all the best practices to good health in one place and actually reminds you to follow them. Pretty nice, especially when your memory isnt all that sharp!

Great app, doesn’t record workouts
Good information, great exercises. It doesn’t record progress. I’ve used the app for several days yet it doesn’t show that I’ve done any work outs. Watching my progress is motivating and I wish this feature worked.

Free trial too short
I would be more apt to try the free trial if it was 7-14 days instead of 3 days especially when you have 24 hours before the trial is up to cancel if you don’t like the app. That’s really only a 2 day trial which is hardly anything for an exercise app.
