Customer “ No”. Service
If you do bug this product make sure you don’t call customer service. They are in another country, second they ask you your question over and over. Third. They will tell you toTo go to the website and look at the Support material and watch a video sad

Reminder
I love the app because my reading go to my cell and I am able to keep track/show my internal specialist my readings. What makes me mad is under the reminder (notes), as I enter in information and save it, most of it is deleted and when you go back in to reply-enter the information then the time is changed to something different. Each area need to be looked into and fixed.

Works great!
I love using my blood pressure monitor/scale. The readings appear automatically with clear graphs and stats. It has really helped me get my high blood pressure under control as well as track my weight loss. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Garbage
I got this scale a few months ago. It worked fine, until 3 days ago. Now the software won’t load and is useless. I rechecked to make sure updates were done and they were. I paid extra for this scale for the info it provided. Now it’s just garbage. Only 58 days into using it!

JSON Could Not Be Serialized Error
App is completely usesless. Cannot get past login screen due to JSON error.
The whole reason I bought their pulse Oximeter was the promise of being able to sync data and history with iPhone.
Will not be purchasing anything from this company again.

Don’t waste your time
It will broke your sanity. In fact, the name should be revisited. Instead of Vive should be Deceive! Doesn’t detect the machine. Only good for space occupying mass in my phone soon to be deleted. Shame for making updates or fixing bugs!
