In current app version we have made following major and amazing improvements:
- Added support of Custom Picture in Picture in app. Now it is possible for subscribers by swipe down inside the TV Channel in Portrait mode to activate this custom PiP mode and navigate inside the app. But we have not only added this option, we have improved it! It is possible by swipe left/right to switch the streams inside this custom PiP
- Custom Video Player. We have improved our Player, now it is more responsive and under user control. Added additional gestures - possibility to switch between different player modes
- Added support for Login via Email. Now subscribers don’t need to remember their username, they can log in just using their email and password
- Were improved UI of some screens to make our app more user-friendly (Details of news/tv show page, home page, etc.)
- Added Support of Forgot password, now app users can easily restore their forgotten password
- Performance improvements and minor bugs fixing

Need chromecast feature
Good app, but it doesn't let me cast the content on my chromecast and I do not like watching long videos on my phone

Constant log in
The system forces you to log in every time since the last update, it is a problem that no one at vivoplay seems to pay attention, to the lack of customer service and support makes the whole experience unbearable, appble should consider remove this app if they dont ensure quality and response to people´s complain. This is an accurate representation of what is wrong with Venezuela, people who take your money and dont exercise any responsibilities. What a shame.

Please fix the login
I like the app. I use it on AppleTV. My only complain is that I need to sign in every time I use. A real drag for my mother when she wants to use it.
The app description talks about streaming TV from Venezuela, Colombia, Chile, Spain & Mexico. I only see Colombian and Venezuelan content. Could you please fix the description or fix the price.

Audio not working
There is not a button for help or customer service.
Also there is not option to unsubscribe on the app.

Use the app on Apple TV. I have to log in every time I return to the app, that’s awful.

Última actualización 👎 / Last update fail
La última actualización es inservible en un iPhone al tratar de ver video en vivo la aplicación se cierra el 95% de las veces. Y cuando se logra "ver" es solo audio sin video (iPhone 6s) iOS 9.3.2 funciona bien en el iPad pro.

The last update has made the app unusable when turning live video the app crashes 95% of the time and that other 5% when it does work you only get a black screen with the audio. This is on an iPhone 6s with iOS 9.3.2, it does work well on an iPad pro which suggest that this might be a video encoder issue.
