1) add loader when resetting passwords
2) re-add arrows back to booking slider (too many people got confused), and a little title on the control itself
3) change the icon on the home screen for messages from a + to the mail icon (hopefully more people will start to read msgs)
4) fix booking delete bug. When you delete one of your bookings, it would say "success", and then show you everyones bookings (not just yours).
