Basics don’t work
Changing log in settings to FaceID causes the app to crash when opening. Filling in a password via a password manager (e.g. LastPass) doesn’t allow you to log in. Have to delete a character and re enter in order to log in.

Inconsistent
I seem to have the most difficulty seeing the foods my child eats each day. The teachers input the info, but it rarely goes through the system correctly. One incident report will show up 3 times as an alert. However, if the teacher messages, it doesn’t show up in the alerts. I’ll see it a month later if I happen to click the messages button. Not a fan of this app. Great ideas, just not executed well.

Unreliable
App is always down, and, every time I switch the log in preference to sign in with Face ID or automatic login, it reverts back to a manual login password the next day. Lacks ability to capture pictures as well.

Poorly designed
This app is by far the worst app I’ve been forced to use to get access to information about my kids. From storing the passcode to the format it’s overall a terrible app.
