I don't like the way iOS is limiting me with that. And I know many people don't like it too, considering how often this question is raised on the internet.
So I made this simple app to solve this.
Either it's a single image or a photo collage made from many, you can be sure the end result is exactly how your wallpaper will look like when set.
A very simple app serving a simple purpose.
And I really hope someone would find it useful.

- image adjustments for brightness, contrast, saturation

- mirror flipping
- cropping (so you can crop a part of an image before adding it into your collage)
