Great for learning to read
Super engaging
Works on the current iOS. I was introduced to this 30+ years ago. Still a great app. Can buy a collection of books, or one at a time.
Some of the books even have the stories in more than one language (especially Spanish and French)!

I'd been trying to keep my super old laptop going just to run these living books for my boys and it recently crapped out on me, so this is just awesome. My five and seven year olds love these just like I did. Thank you for keeping them alive! I can't believe there aren't more like these!!

Amazing
Just as I remembered it from my childhood. When I was young and going to the library, these were the first games I would go to, Living Books games. They were so fun and they teach kids the importance of reading and how fun it can be.

Fantastic to get hooked on!
If you want to find out whether or not your kids will enjoy these (and they will) definitely download this and try them out. I must admit I, the parent, was getting into it trying to find out the interactive parts on each page. Love it! My 3 year old was spellbound and my 8 year old was begging (on his knees, no less) for me to get the full versions of all the books. Way to go, I highly recommend!!!

Did not know you guys created this new company name. It is a shame Cat in the hat is missing, the guys who currently publish his books are a sad joke. Still have the original cd PC version and I still love it. We need more books! I always thought those books published in 92 would be awesome if released on portable devices. Please consider going to an d r o I d too. Thank you

Masterfully transferred to the iPad
My daughter with disabilities grew up loving these interactive books. Now she is 20 years old and instantly remembered how to interact. It brings back many wonderful memories.
I especially like the new settings which were not in the original versions of these interactive books. These new settings allow for more control, allowing the child, (or in my case the adult-child) to accelerate interactions by allowing interruptions to what use to be fixed animation periods. This helps to keep her engaged since she can instantly change what is going on.
I am hopeful that other "Living Books" titles can be transferred over to the iPad such as "Arthur's Computer Trouble".
Again, a masterful transfer of these interactive books.

Excellent Sampler
This app is really fantastic…samples of all the great Wanderful storybooks (originally published as Living Books) in one App. The best part is that they provide instructions for how parents can disable the pages that encourage the purchase of the full Apps -- this makes it even better for young children. My kids love it!
