Great, but needed some improvements.

Wartune has been great for me to play, but only because I’m a level 70 and have an ok battle rating. Here are some complaints.
When in team arena, it’s hard to get matched up with people your level or BR.
When you download it on another device and your level is above 30 I think, it’s like an eternity before it can load.
It’s impossible to get anywhere without spending money on the game, since the game offers you so much rewards when you spend money, that it becomes an issue.

Butthurt Customer Service!

I messaged them on their customer support on their Facebook page that their game had so many glitches and bugs that they can't seem to fix. Lousy Devs and lousy Customer Service! I was being honest telling them the truth that I've never been in any games since 2003 pc/mobile games that had this much bugs and glitches and what did their professional *cough* Customer Service Rep said?--- "Play another game then".--- Coming from a very frustrated consumer that wasn't very nice noh? Very professional customer Service Rep indeed, NOT! @_@. Or can they afford a Service Rep? probably from the CEO's toddler replying to me.

All you had to do is fix the bugs. Now you got so butthurt with my comments you had to block me. I don't mind, sure block me, not like your FB page has been awesome this past 2 years! lol hopefully Perfect World won't be handled by this loons.

All bugs and no updates

The game itself can be fun, especially if you play regularly with people. This is coming from a player of over 10 years off and on (mostly off in the last 4 years).

However, the game hasn’t received a patch in literal years, and has never received regular updates. This should be at least a monthly thing. Support is completely useless, shows almost no communication to the players, and makes no effort to address the many bugs in game. If the actual servers go down, they will address it usually the same day, but implement no changes to avoid future downtime (that are communicated).

When support did implement bug fix attempts, they would take the servers down completely for hours or longer, rather than releasing an App Store patch to fix stuff. These attempts often would cause other significant problems.

Since there has been no app version update in years, there has been no new content either.

Overall, the game is certainly playable, but not one worth spending a dime on in its current state. I recommend playing something else if you’re new to this game.

A great game that needs a little fixing

Wartune truly is an amazing game with a good community. I’ve been playing for years, since I was 12 years old as matter of fact when kabam first owned it. I’m 20 now, and I’ve seen major improvement in the game over the years. I love it, however, the mobile version on iOS has been having a lot of issues as far as how it runs. Gaea please fix this. You have a lot of loyal customers that aren’t too happy about this. Overall a great game with many different aspects and features!

Long overdue for an update

Been playing this game for four years and there was an update approximately once a month but game has had no new content or updates in 7 months and is becoming stale. Game used to reward people who spent money on game , but that is no longer the case. This game has plenty to do to keep you hooked until you max out at level 80 and then you won’t need to play as much as there is little reward or way to strengthen character.

Come from PC

Please update the mobile version to be a sliver of the game on PC. It’s been 2 years and there are plenty of people who would love to play this game. Just update it. Hell shut down the servers for a complete redo the loyal customers/players will understand and be thankful! From the bottom of my wallet/heart please please please update the game already.

Not worth the investment anymore

The past 2 years has seen no update and many people have quit the game since then. As of right now, the events are becoming so monotonous and has started to become not fun to play anymore. I would not recommend this game to anyone because the chances of an update look abysmal. Word about an update has been around for a over a year and the developers have delivered nothing and have not even bothered to inform the players about any possible new content. At this point, it feels like the game is on the verge of dying.

I havePlayed this game for about 7 to 8 years and when I first started playing it it was a great game but due to not having another update in the last three years the game is no longer fun so my 3 million night hasn’t been played The last year due to not having an update to the game in the last three years it’s just no longer fun

Sylph Arena

Customer service on this game is bad, I asked foe help on getting fixed my sylph arena every time I try to talk to the Angel guy it straight up kicks me out of the app... and it’s only with that everything else works fine but I’m so behind on the arena you guys need to fix that. I’m probably not the only one that is having trouble trying to play on the sylph arena... I’m Server 122 by the way and already opened server 123 when server 122 still having issues -_-
