App keeps crashing
During both outdoor and now indoor World Cup, when streaming the games, the app will crash mid stream. It doesn’t matter if you’re streaming on a browser or mobile device, same thing occurs during live streams. Makes watching extremely frustrating.

Really good but…
I’m amazed with the replay feature! Especially now that there’s a spoiler mode toggle in settings so I can watch a game afterwards without a worry of the score being spoiled.
Love the quality too!
My only complaints are:
That there’s no dedicated Apple TV app. (There is an Air-Play option but, it can be a little hit or miss. Sometimes when I try to air play a game it gives an error and I have to close the app and try agin. Once it done work it seems to be fine for the most part).
The only other issue I have is that I wish the entire app was usable in Landscape mode. Because navigating most of the app in Portrait mode is really annoying on an iPad.

Lots of hockey but
Unbelievably, there’s no way not to see the final score when watching a replay. I rarely can see anything live, and though there is tons of hockey to watch, you are forced to see the final score before you can replay any match. All the other sports apps I use have fixed this problem, most by letting the user toggle score display off and on. Fix this and it’s a great app.

Airplay not working, log in issues
Happy to have the app but Apple Airplay does not work and have had issues logging in.
Update Mar 28, 2022: AirPlay works sometimes but not other times.
One great idea someone else mentioned is to give users a chance to hide scores like other apps do. I often can’t watch games live and it would be more enjoyable to not know the outcome before I watch the game.

Too many notifications
Updating my review, the app is fairly decent but there are just too many notifications its like 15+ per day. I don't want to turn it off for fear of missing games but its seriously a bit much.
Either you give more control of what notifications we can toggle off or reduce the amount of notifications. Its killing the app!

Quite Possibly the Worst App I’ve Seen
This app makes watching hockey extremely difficult. I paid $15 to watch the World Cup. The app barely ever loads to the front page, and if it does load, whatever game you select probably won’t. It’s really taking the fun out of the World Cup because the live games never load, and I have to watch them after they happen and hope I don’t seem spoilers anywhere else.
I’ve also had problems in the past where I have copied and pasted the exact password I used to make an account to make sure I didn’t get it wrong, and it has given me a wrong password error.
It’s so difficult and I wish I hadn’t paid for the World Cup.
Too bad it’s pretty much the only way to watch international hockey in the US

A lot of game coverage
This app has a lot of game coverage and stuff to watch however it is almost impossible to get through a game without the app cutting out. You cannot airplay any of the games, videos or replays and even when watching replays the game cuts out every 5 minutes or so. Definitely could use to bug and error fixes so that this does not happen.

Awful replay feature!
I don’t want to see the final score before watching a game, especially when it’s a pay to watch tournament like the women’s junior world cup. People who have no life are the only ones catching everything live. That awful feature alone makes the review only 1 star.

No App Support
There is no “help” or “support” button. I’ve been trying to create an account to watch hockey but no matter what I do, it tells me I’ve got the wrong email or password. Even took screenshots at registration to make sure it wasn’t me but alas I think they’ve got a bug in their login which is frustrating because it’s the only place I can watch hockey.
