This was very good app but with last update they messed it up, need to be updated again it freezes , it showed that I watched the show and actually I didn’t, can’t rewind or forward and they changed the subscription from yearly to monthly only.

User interface very mediocre- just bad
This app has some good programs and movies but has a terrible user interface.
The skip intro or jump to next episode or slide ahead or back are most clumsy and do not work. Whom ever designed the range at which your finger slide can work, sensitivity of the function has not done their job of quality testing that software. Frankly, this is absolutely the worse of all the apple TV apps in terms of user interface capability, ease of use and is very frustrating. And I an pretty savvy in such issues.
If you just click to play and do not do any forward or back or skip - you will have less of a problem. No stars on content until the interface is fixed.

Don’t Purchase This App
I’m only reviewing because I want to help others choose another app because this one advertises’Watch ad-free exclusive arabic content...’ & around April 27, they updated the app & it became even slower to start watching anything. It stalls for over 2 hours when trying to watch a 30-40 min show. Best to watch on TV when show is rerun a few times in the day with ads, at least you won’t wait 2 hours to still have not seen half of the 30 min show!!! I’m not exaggerating either, ask anyone else who purchased this app or read more reviews... they obviously don’t test their updates before releasing them & definitely don’t have Users Testing, shame on them!!’

Great potentials, limited selections
This app is great and easy to use. Loved almost everything about it. Unfortunately, even tho I paid for the monthly subscription, I still get adds which to me sounds ridiculous. The worse thing about this app however is that it doesn’t have a wide selections of Ramadan 2022 shows even tho this was the reason why I subscribed in the first place. Subscription to Shahid would have been so much better than this app to be honest.

Every time you pause even to use the bathroom you’re stuck with 5 commercials that you can’t skip. All of them are irrelevant as I live in the USA. What would I do with local products!

The app isn’t developing well
Terrible app and customer service. The app isn’t developing well. I subscribed through Apple Pay and I couldn’t sign in or watch anything. It kept charging me without even letting access the app. I contacted customer service and they said that “you have another email signed up before”. Ok, the other email is not mine. What is the problem with signing up with a different email and paying with a different card or account?

I got scammed
When I purchased this app I wanted to get a subscription so I login to my recent account and I finally payed but then it told me error and I went to check on the money and turns out they took the money. I tried to log out and login again but nothing is working. I also tried to contact them but still they didn’t answer me. I deleted the app and reinstalled it but nothing is working and they got the money.

The UI is improving but still long way to go. You have to find a better way to show episode number while casting to TV. Profiles also would go a long way. It looks like only one developer is working on this.

Horrible app
I downloaded the application a few days a ago and I paid the subscription fee . It worked fine for a few days then today I was trying to open the application but it says unauthenticated . I can’t view anything on the application. What a waste of money. I don’t even know how to contact customer service to solve this problem. I will cancel my subscription and get my money back .
