Awesome app that has slowed down my eating during meals so I'm not eating as much, but am still full at the end of my meal. I can't believe how simple this is and how much it has helped. I ate too fast before and never really knew when I was full, plus was probably not really enjoying my food as much as I should have been. By slowing down how fast I'm eating I'm giving my stomach a chance to catch up to my mouth, and probably appreciating my food more as well. I find that at the end of 20 minutes I'm full and not looking to eat any more.
