Great app, use it every day. And every morning I get a notification in your app that there’s no connection to the internet. And I have to tap the OK button every time. I obviously have internet service as other apps are fine, but this one complains every morning. And of course after tapping ok, everything is fine.
I know this is a stupid complaint but are there really that many users out there with spotty internet that care to be notified with an obtrusive dialog they have to respond to? Anyway its a great app and I debated even sending this along, but figured you’d rather know that people like me care very much for this app and want it to be the best :)

What the TV app should have been
This is what the Apple TVapp should have been. It’s focused, and coherently laid out.
On the AppleTV it’s a great “Top Shelf” app because it displays the current shows available with new eps for you on the panels above.
The only “in a perfect world” addition I would have for this is in the initial set up. I had a lot of shows to add to get it going. I would have loved to have access to a web browser version to be able to more quickly add shows and adjust the episodes watched/not watched. Or in the absence of that if there was a filter by “network” option. It was a lot of work to type every show in the search field on an iOS device. 10 shows would be no problem. But if you add in 30 or more it turns into a real effort.

Trakt not syncing
It fetched the wrong info from trakt account the first time, few of the episodes which were supposed to be watched are not showing watched. it is also not syncing with trakt server anymore. E.g. if an episode is marked watched from another device, it doesn’t update automatically. I have to update it again in your app. This is a very well designed app. I love it. But please fix the issue and I may become a patron.

Invaluable
This is one fantastic application if you want to cut the cord with your cable company or even if you don’t. It keeps track of your favorite shows, let’s you know when and where they are on, and connects you to them when you want to watch them including the ones you missed on demand. The interface is beautiful and the viewing is an almost seamless gateway to your shows. It couldn’t be easier to be be a cut-the-cable master or cable master with this wonderful, free program.

Excellent Alternative to TV App
Ever since Apple decided to fill the TV app with advertisements for iTunes purchases/rentals and subscription services in tvOS 13, I’ve been looking for an alternative.
I just want a simple app that allows me to track my TV watching across all of the different services I use. WatchAid is perfect for this and I’m so glad the app is here to fill the void left by Apple.
I have it on all my devices now and don't expect I’ll be looking Alba I anytime soon.

Why no updates?
This is a great app….if only they would update it. I have a list of shows I would like to track but they aren’t in the catalog which is hit or miss on finding shows. I tried to email requests for missing shows but it fails every time. I love the minimal design as other apps are all over the place like an ADHD toddler with features I don’t want. Can someone please update this. I would even pay for this app if it worked.

Great for tracking shows, with multiple profiles
Only had it for a few days, easy to locate and configure shows. Works well with apple profiles so we each have our own shows visible.
Sometimes shows have the wrong pic. It’s easy to report missing shows and other issues.

Needs update
This was our go to app for up to date information about most shows. It hasn’t had an update since 2017 and it’s starting to show. Shows not showing up. Multiple episodes duplicated with different titles. Closes unexpectedly. Shows just disappear. Please update this app when it running well it’s the best app out there to keep up with the shows you want to watch.

It’s Working For Me!?
I see people posting it’s been abandoned, but it seems to be working for me perfectly. I’m gonna look a little closer as this is by far the simplest way to track what’s been watched. Reeltime offers more info, but I use them both... sometimes I just want to see what’s available now!

WatchAid is a Apple TV Tuner/DVR App done the right way. I do nothing but complain about getting around Apple TV. The way Video Apps are written today are a joke. I have many subscription apps and WatchAid talks to them in a logical way. Very organized and easy to use daily. Please don’t go away.
