Description

***featured in in CYCLING WEEKLY, as one of the top training and recovery apps for Cycling!***

Balance stress and recovery to maximise your long-term performance. Whether you are an athlete or just want to perform to your best, Wattson Blue helps you improve and avoid burnout.

If you use Strava, get instant HR and Power insights, and optimise your training and recovery with HRV and other well-being metrics.

Link Strava and get insights including training load (TSS) and time in zones for your activities. Record your Heart Rate Variability (HRV), sleep, nutrition and well-being metrics in Wattson Blue for readiness feedback.

You can track your HRV using the camera on your phone, Apple Watch, or with the Oura ring.

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is an important indicator of your body’s stress and recovery levels. Tracking your HRV and other metrics, and training according to feedback from Wattson Blue will enable you to challenge yourself, stay motivated and hit your goals.

Apple Watch users can trigger an HRV recording using the Breathe app on their phone before receiving our daily recovery and readiness feedback!

Wattson Blue uses elite level sports science, developed alongside student athletes at Oxford University, to help athletes (and teams) improve their physical and mental well-being and maximise each athlete's long-term personal performance.

GlutenEee,
Best hrv analysis for training
I’ve been using Wattson blue with my Oura ring for some time now and I can say that the training advise is spot on. The Oura app readiness score is terrible for giving me good advice about when to back off. But Wattson blue is scary good. When it says to back off, I’m going to have a terrible workout, and when it says I’m good to go I always have a good workout. I’ve tested it enough times blind (worked out and then checked what my morning score was) that I am very confident in the numbers.
ghbucky,
An indispensable training tool
I have been using this for about three weeks. I turned to this app when I got myself into an overtraining situation and I just could not figure out how that can about. I read about this app and gave it a try. After 3 weeks of using it consistently, it helped me identify exactly where I had gone wrong.

An enormous bonus in the use of the app is the responsiveness of the developer to any questions you have.

This is a very valuable training tool.
Chuck Hazzard,

Wattson Blue takes the metrics from my Oura ring and Strava to another level. I always dig an app that is smarter than I.
