Great when it works
I love Waypoint TV’s selection of fishing shows. But the app and website don’t work half the time. I’ve tried it on my iphone, mac book, work laptop, and 2 separate TVs and I have the same issue with every device. It maybe only works 20% of the time but when it does it’s fantastic! Please fix whatever this issue is.

Great content, trouble chrome casting, will work on a desktop
I stopped watching for a while, but when some of my favorite shows such as “Into The Blue” had some new episodes, I tried watching again. The problem is, it doesn’t work with chromecast anymore. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even tried it using my iPhone and my iPad. Neither one worked. UPDATE! If you have a desktop on the same wifi network as your chromecast. Open Waypoint in a google chrome browser. Click the three dots in the top right and select “cast”! Works great!

Works on Roku, doesn’t work on iPhone 7
I started watching waypoint on my Roku TV and love it. Not sure if the folks at waypoint know this because it is very cumbersome to submit feedback to them, with no option in the app to do so, but anytime I open up a video and me iPhone app on my iPhone 7 it just repeatedly plays the intro advertisement over and over again, never actually playing the video I selected. This is the case for every video I’ve tried to watch through the app. Hope they get this fixed soon!

This app provides quality content for free that keeps me sane in the off season. Especially with having a newborn, it’s difficult to find time to do the things I love outdoors. This app brings the outdoors to me when the weather isn’t baby friendly.

Awesome App For Fishing and Hunting shows
Waypoint offers a wide variety of fishing and hunting shows. I’m big into fishing and the fishing shows that are offered are fantastic! A++. I recommend to anyone who likes fishing or hunting to download the Waypoint App and watch the plentiful shows available for your watching pleasure.

Clearly Waypoint just did an app refresh cause this is 100x better. All my favorite shows are still there but has a much fresher feel. Plus there are articles you can easily share and podcasts too.

No longer crashes on me, shows are actually playing, no more endless commercial loops, and just runs so much better all around. 10/10

Gone Downhill
Started off as a good app but has steadily gone downhill, seems to have inadequate support. I have the app on my LG OLED TV and at first it worked quite well and seemed to be just what I needed for enjoying saltwater fishing shows. Now the app will only load 3 or 4 shows, have deleted the app and reinstalled several times to see if that would update it but no luck. Basically it is now another useless app but I gave it a 2nd star just for being a great idea.

Incredible App & Content
This shouldn’t be free. These shows are either on TV or better than anything on TV, it all streams well and I can mix and max shows in a custom playlist. If you like the outdoors, get this app. My favorite is Field Trips with Robert Field, but I might be biased...

Awesome content quality but app always crashes
This is my favorite app for fishing content but I can’t ever make it through one episode without the entire app crashing, it doesn’t matter what device I’m on: iPad, MacBook Air, iPhone and roku… it crashes every single time
