First time user
Very interesting way to tour. Audio did not work great. Sometimes it came on unexpectedly, sometimes late and sometimes it tried to play but didn’t. Overall the audio was ok, though. It was good that it could be paused and restarted. I was told that the app worked offline but you have to enable GPS location services to see a map and I don’t think the tour is possible without the map. Also, there is an audio instruction file which I did not use and may have helped so that was my mistake.

Informative but cold
The Miami Little Havana tour was helpful but uninspiring. The narration wasn't more insightful than a basic Wikipedia entry. Worse than that, it was read by a screen reader, not a human. Words were mispronounced and the cadence was off.
The best audio tours tell you about the destination on your way there, not after you arrive. The way this is set up, they expect you to stand around and listen while taking up space in crowded locations. You can choose to ignore their prompting (as we did).

A problem
Your personnel are amazingly helpful. ,but over all your app is very poor. Difficult to navigate ! I was sorry I had to use it . I really needed a 6 year old to do it , but they don’t travel . After this trip I will remove the app

Failed app failed CS
Bought a walking tour, couldn’t access it because it wouldn’t download just error after error. Eventually contacted the customer support and got an email back with a few questions when I followed up father just fell off. I’d avoid this app.

Won’t let me download what I paid for
This is a terrible app. I purchased an audio tour and needed this app to access- a I got an error message every time I tried to request the download. Waste of money for the audio tour.

looks like a scam
the interface is a whole mess! nothing is clear and very hard to find your booking. Strange notes like “ tickets will be available in 3 days” What?! Don’t! Just don’t use it!
