The app is cool because it gives workouts for everyday. I gave it four stars because the schedule for the workouts is in 2018. sometimes the workouts don’t give enough information about how to properly do the exercise and i have to look them up online. I wish each workout would say what muscles should be engaged and what muscle it is supposed to be working so you know if you’re doing it right.

Thank you for this app. It was difficult for me to create my own weight gain workout schedule and thanks to this app, I won’t have trouble figuring out one. Anyways to y’all who tried Weight gain supplements such as weight gain powders and doesn’t work, maybe because you don’t eat enough food for it to process, keep in mind that the weight gain powders are not food replacement. Also, if your a teen like me, maybe you don’t need to try workouts because your body is still growing and you may never know if you will gain weight sooner or later:) but anyways I’ll still do workouts because I’m tired of being body shamed skinny.

Good except for bugs
This app is a great free app that includes a workout plan, a diet plan and even makes it easier by making a shopping list and tracks your weight gain. The only problem is there are times when the app will just close and shut down and either won’t let you start or won’t let you finish your workout. And you cannot go back and change it, the bugs are in specific locations and is very frustrating when you can’t complete because of technical difficulties.

Excessive Glitches
For certain days, days 8, 15, and 16 in my situation, completely closes the app. It doesn’t resolve once you close the app or restart your phone so my experience was limited. In addition to that, the tutorial for the exercises aren’t that helpful and moves very quickly.

5 stars!! Finally a free app that don’t cost a lot of money just to tell you a meal plan and some workouts💖 I’m starting the 30 day challenge today I hope it goes well. I’ve tried weight gain supplements and NOTHING has helped so I hope this does, if it does I’ll come back and leave another review for all y’all struggling with being skinny

It is difficult to follow the counting for beginners. There should be option to adjust the pace. It is always good to know which muscle is being used while exercising to make sure that learner is doing it correctly. It is insufficient in term of information and not user friendly at all. I think the developer should re visit and add relevant features to make it better.

I have a two star review because 1 the dates aren’t even accurate and you can’t change them, 2 bc after the 16th day every workout glitches closed... how has no one else had this problem?
