Description
I’m a programmer and lifelong weightlifter. I made this for myself to keep track of my weights at the gym. Everything else I tried was too complicated and clunky. This is the most simple, most efficient weights and reps tracker possible. Just add a set, and quickly pick them on the scrollers! People kept asking about it so I released it on the App Store. Tips for POWER USERZ
For advanced exercises like drop sets, simply use more descriptive titles. Get creative! You can create unlimited exercises. For example:
* Drop set: “Bench Press Drop Set -50%”.
* Super set: “Shoulders Super Set: 15x15 Fly/Press”. Then add 2 sets for each super set.
* Different target reps: “Bench Press (4 Reps)”, “Bench Press (12 Reps)”.
* Full names of machines: “HS Iso Decline Press”.
