WellnessLiving Achieve Hack 2.1.18 + Redeem Codes

I have to use this app for two of my workout spots. There are lots of things that need fixing. A few that come to mind:
- why do I have to sign in? Please just let me signed in. I’m on my phone on my app... my fingerprint/face should be enough once I get into my phone
- why can’t I select multiple places and look at all the classes for both studios at once? This would be helpful so I could compare class times.
- is there a way to see how many classes I have left and when they expire? I’ve looked and can’t find it... so if this is something available, maybe make it more prominently available.

This App buggy, constantly logs the user out, and is severely limited in its offerings:
* You cannot easily toggle between studios/locations (which MINDBODY does seamlessly), it’s 2-3 extra clicks within the menu to switch locations
* The first location who created an account for you is always your default location. You can’t select a default or favorite. Their support offered to delete the first location from my account as a workaround, however I still go there just less than the 2nd location that I have to navigate to every time.
* The App is horrible about how it stores login information, I am constantly logging back in to the App.
* Their support is not great if you’re a client of their client.

There is no option to add a booked class to your calendar, the only options after booking a class are to share that info on social media. This app is clearly tailored to maximizing advertising potential for the business with little regard to the user experience of the business’ clients. There’s also no calendar view of booked classes, only a list view of booked classes. This app is supposed to be a scheduling app yet all the functionality suggests it is really just an advertising channel for the business. Absolute garbage and I’m likely to find a different place to take classes, one that makes it easy for me to track my schedule.

You can’t use for more than one studio at a time. You have to log out and go back in via each studio website. Very stupid and not scalable if this business intends to sell its platform to ever-more studios.

No ability to see classes purchased. No feature to add to calendar. Doesn’t send you an email confirming booking or directions to studio. Cancel feature hard to find.

Incredibly NOT user friendly. I really hate that the studios in Houston use this. Classpass and MindBody are both fundamentally superior.

I'm forced to use this app for scheduling with my Pilates studio. Today I launched it, and got a strange screen saying,
We're making changes!

The app is being updated and will be up in a moment.

which is crazy, because Apple apps must be updated through the app store. Whatever, I say, it needs an update. I go to app store and click 'update.' It almost instantaneously shows the update is complete (strange), but I shrug and re-open the app. Same message as above. I then delete the app (when in doubt, start over), and reinstall. Same. message.

I cannot believe this. I rely on this app to cancel classes 24h before a class to avoid being charged. Now what am I going to do? Text my instructor while she's on vacation and ask her to manage my schedule?! Unacceptable!

I would like this app if it didn’t keep crashing on me. I just downloaded it for the first time, and over the few minutes that I’ve been using it to book my yoga classes, it has crashed / given me an error message at least a dozen times. Hmm. Will update my review if things smooth out, but so far I’m not loving this app. The website also keeps crashing / throwing error messages today. Is it always like this?

Deal breaker is one time I signed in using the app (successfully it SAID) but they told me in the studio that I wasn’t signed in. This app fails at the base level of what it’s supposed to do… who knows if what you do on it is real… I don’t believe it anymore… AND it takes forever to load, crashes/freezes a LOT, AND is clunky to change between studios. The Mindbody app is way better. They should throw this app in the trash and start over from scratch.

New gym owner switched to this and it will ask me to pay for a class I’m already paid for so prevents me from booking. Then I have to reach out to gym owner who tells me you have to log out and back in?! Like what. I thought apps were supposed to make it simpler. Why should I have to do this? We used to have Mindbody app and never had a problem. But new gym owner refuses to acknowledge problems. He must not read the reviews on this app. Must be cheaper.

I have searched on the web and at wellness living to figure out how to add another vendor. The new vendor has told me twice to select the three lines. When this is selected it shows the other vendors but no way to add new vendors. Another issue is that one vendor has three locations and you can only select one, unless you select them manually, but does not hold. I pay for all three why can’t I select all the same vendor/ locations to view?

I took three classes at a yoga studio five years ago. I joined a new studio and I go multiple times a week. However, the app always defaults to the location from years ago so I’m constantly switching locations and it gets very annoying when trying to quickly book a class. There is no way to remove the old studio.
