This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon.
I was hoping for a stretch reminder app, similar to Wellnomics desktop software. When I opened this app, it just played all the stretch videos repeatedly. I went to "settings" and there's no way to schedule the stretch times or frequency.
I would have gladly paid to have an app with the capabilities of the desktop software but that is apparently not available.
This is worthless to me and wasted my time.
