App needs landscape mode on iPad
Why doesn’t the app support landscape mode on the iPad? I have a keyboard case and it is annoying to have to fold back the keyboard and rotate to portrait mode to use the iPad app.
It it unbelievable that the UI/UX designers for this app designed the app this way.. or allowed it to be released this way.

where’s Field?
No option to choose Field Library (Peekskill) as “home library.” Blank page comes up when I pick another library and say is this correct/-no. Also no option to go to a different WLS library once you’ve picked a home library.

Easy to use
I was able to download the app, search for the book I wanted and place a hold within a few minutes. When I tried to place a hold, I was given the option to add my library card to my account. So easy! Can’t wait for my book to arrive to my local branch!

Library Card to Apple Wallet?
It would great if after setting up your account and having your library card displayed on this app, you could then “add” it to Apple Wallet like airline boarding passes and other loyalty cards.

App not working -
App worked great for a while and now search function not working. Plus the record of books checked out and holds is completely gone. I have two books sitting right here and the app is telling me I have nothing checked out. Reached out to IT support at the library and have had no reply.

Horrible app, deserves 0 star
Can’t even see if the book has been renewed before or not. If you search up a book or movie you can’t see any useful detail about the item at all. Much worse than the previous app, which was already buggy.

Awful
The old version was so much better! The books have no summaries. I’ve lost my “bookshelf” full of items to read. I can’t see where I am in the hold line without going to the website. Bring back the old functionality!
