Westown Hack 3004 + Redeem Codes

I really like the old ticketing system that was attached into this app. It was easy and fast to use. Now the new system is slow, clunky, and does not work at times. This is also the case at the theater. I really liked the convenience of getting my ticket printed when I payed for my concessions, but now that system is gone. This was a big hassle at the large movie premier and their system could not keep up with the demand of the evening and it was a bother to get them to print my tickets. Overall I know the theater had to upgrade to a more secure system but I think if other theater chains can still have a smooth app, I do not see why Weston can not look to update this app to make it work great again.

Tried to buy my Star Wars tickets but finally got frustrated and we t back to fandango. The dollar and change it charges per ticket is more then fair to avoid using this app. It's a shame really, I thought the old app ran very well and was extremely simple to navigate except for maybe the calendar search function. HUGE step back...

The recent changes make it very difficult to pick a date, you have to scroll through to get up the date you want and it just doesn’t look good.

Also when you select a movie, you can’t go back. If you picked wrong time or movie, you have to kill the app and start again. You are forced to move forward, there are no buttons to go back or close the movie you selected.

The only positive thing introduced is Allocated seating.

I’ve been trying to use the app for the last 3 days but it appears to be broken. The Contact Us feature also doesn’t work. Had to use the Fandango app to see what movies were playing. I mentioned it to management at Westown and was told they got a new web server. It’s a shame nobody did any app testing after the move.

I just downloaded this app to get some tickets to It 2 this weekend. Chose how many tickets and the stupid seats won’t load. Then I hit the back button and the app freezes. Restart the app and it keeps happening. If you’re going to have an app, make sure the thing works!!!!

I like to think that I am tech savvy, but this update is ridiculous and confusing. They have actually went backwards in ease of use, functionality, design, technology. It’s not even a real app. It’s a web browser with no back button!! It’s like they WANT you to use Fandango...

The old version ran better, sign in, scan tickets all from the phone, now we have squint to see what seat we want and print the ticket out at home. You had it right just fine tune it don’t make it crap like this is.

This update is very difficult to navigate and completely freezes most of the time. I’ve been trying on and off to buy tickets for three days! Roll back to the previous version please.

The old app was great. But this one is useless. It works but is very clunky and doesn't feel secure. It doesn't save your info and has limited functionality. I wish they kept supporting the features in the old app because it was great.

Why would you change it from an application to a website? The entire page does not on your screen and difficult to maneuver. Needs to be changed to an app. Not a website
