Use the Whorl Photo feature to create artistic photos, mix two whorl images, overlay textures, patterns, logo’s, and whatever one comes up with.

Great to add to the arsenal!
I’ve been creating digital art for almost two years and there isn’t anything out there quite like Whorl. It can create the most complex structures to the very minimal. I’d recommend it to any digital artist and anyone who likes to play with shapes.
I had an issue with saving the high resolution image and contacted the developer. I was quickly replied to and the issue was solved in just a few days. Not only a cool app but a cool developer who cares about his product.

It's a cute app and fun to play with for a few minutes but frankly if Adobe can't get this pro artist to pay for a subscription, an iOs app is never going to. Would I have paid a couple bucks for it? Probably, but there are many awesome apps in the same genre that don't require a commitment to a subscription and with enough scope to have significantly less chance of getting boring quickly. I also would never buy an app that won't show me what their "high resolution" output actually looks like before I make the purchase. I've been burned by that promise more than once over my many iPad-using years.

Super cool, lots of potential, but
Played around for a minute, loved it, paid for the annual subscription, then looked for the button to save the current state and create a new design only to realize there isn’t one.
I get it. It’s ephemeral.. but for all kinds of reasons, especially paying $25, I would really like to be able to save a design in a library and open a new one. But the export options are otherwise great.

Cool and funky
Love this app! Let your imagination go and let the weird and funky roll. It’s great fun to just play and to see where your imagination takes you. When you’re ready to take a break, sit back and enjoy he animation. When you do create that stunning piece of art then you can order it on a product of your choice and hang it on your wall 😁

Whorl fan forever
I recently took a long hiatus from creating art due to life’s challenges. I reinstalled it and now remember how much I love creating graphic art with this app. This app deserves more great reviews. I hope the developer continues to support it for a very long time.

A fun and playful way to explore design
Definitely unique! Whorl offers a playful world for exploring twisty 3D shapes and colors of endless variety. I’ve enjoyed just tinkering with it when I have a spare moment to see what I come up with. It’s both inspiring and a great way to just fidget and play with design.

Whorl is an infinite trip of cosmic beauty and symmetry. It makes deeply complex and beautiful mandalas in motion. And it’s interactive in a way that keeps me engaged with the creativity of it. It’s deeply engaging and it opens my heart just to play with it!

Purchase once issue
I have updated to the most recent version and there’s are only 3 subscription plans (1month, 6months, 1 year). There is no option to purchase once. I have subscribed for 2 years now and would love to just to be able to purchase once. Any feedback on this would be great.
