Horrible user experience
This app is just impossible to use without being frustrated to the point you just want to give up. The user interface was bad. The developers should improve their interface to make it more user friendly. The store page (the page to get voting tickets) literally has no “x” or “back” or “return” button making it very difficult to return to the home page. I have to swipe to the right to get back to the home page but I’ve noticed that most people have to force quit the app to get back. Also PLEASE upgrade your servers or whatever it is that developers use to handle a huge number of people using their app. They can’t even handle a lot of people coming into the app to vote. In my case I couldn’t even load the app. I was supposed to vote for the boyz in the voting for road to kingdom but I couldn’t even get past the logo. I always got the “unknown error” message. What is the purpose of a voting app when it can’t serve the sole purpose of being a voting app? For most apps/websites the worse that happens is crash 2-3 times and then lag a lot. I’ve never seen an app that has crashed as much as this one. I’m very disappointed with my experience with this app. I don’t think I’d ever download this again until the developers improve every aspect of the app.

I Want To Throw My Phone
If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have never been so frustrated with an app to the point where I'd write a review. I actually believe this is the first review I've ever written. Now, I am no genius when it comes to technology so I cannot give a deep explanation of the app's defects. However, I will explain how every method I tried to use to earn credits completely failed. Every time I click on something, it takes five minutes to load. Even when I tried to vote with my tickets, an error message popped up. Every single action I tried to do on this app utterly failed. I seriously was at the point where I wanted to throw my phone. And especially because this app actually matters for voting and the outcome of events, whereas I wouldn't be as frustrated with a meaningless game. The only reason people still use this is because it is necessary for certain voting events. Otherwise, I would delete this app in an instant.

Whosfan Servers Can’t Handle the Load
Whosfan hosts polls/contests for kpop groups, which is important, but kpop is a WORLDWIDE phenomenon. When Mnet gave worldwide viewers of Kingdom: Legendary Journey a limited time to log-in and vote for their favorite artist, the app crashed and never recovered prior to the voting period ending. Many fans of all the groups were not able to cast their vote. Even now, hours after the show ended, I am still unable to log into the app, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. I don’t know how many active users this app boasts, but it cannot withstand the load of hundreds of thousands of log-in attempts in a short amount of time.
Mnet needs to seek a more stable platform for international voting in the future.

needs A LOT of improvements
this app runs so poorly and glitches like crazy. loading is so slow. i hate how there’s no option to log out of your account to log into another you have to delete and reinstall the app which makes voting process so unnecessarily long. it would improve the app a lot to create a simple log out button. whenever voting opens and the traffic for this app increases it literally makes it impossible to use the app because of how badly it glitches and freezes. i hope this app gets a major update soon if these shows are going to continue using it to count global votes.

decent voting system, if you can even get into the app
to put it plainly, the apps interface is mediocre at best. it’s simple but boring - and the amount of pop ups and glitches that show up constantly is tiring to deal with. but the main issue is actually how weak the app is, it’s constantly overwhelmed and it’s logged me out continuously, refused to let me vote multiple times, and has even made me recreate accounts after the app has decided to delete them. professional competitions and important votings should not be held on such a weak app. either move the votes onto a different app or improve the interface ASAP.

Another frustrating app to use for voting. In order to vote, you need a 3-4 digit credits that you exchange for voting for 1-2 digit votes. Some credits can’t be collected to use after you vote, which makes video watching for credit sorting *useless*.

i SWEAR i just got whosfan in hopes to vote for stray kids and i saw the voting thing before i logged in and after i logged in it was gone???? like i can’t find it. i cant find it in the ended events either so i dont think it’s over yet but it’s not in the ongoing. and i don’t know where else to find it. plus when i click on things there’s literally no back button and i cant swipe out of it so i have to swipe out of the app entirely like what. anyway i’m just trying to vote for skz but guess not w this piece of sh app

It’s Okay
My rating is a 2 kinda leaning towards a 3. I used it to authenticate my album, and it worked, I’m sure it’s been updated since the past reviews. BUT, one problem is it’s not really easy to understand, also when you follow a star and open their page, it crashes. The server isn’t that strong, I’ve been able to open other celebs pages but some it crashes because it has more people. Overall, I’d just use it to authenticate my album.

Not working well
I’ve been having issues where I open the app then it either loads but kicks me off when I try to visit my “Followed Artists” fan/video/schedule site or it wont even open and just kick me off as soon as it begins to load.
Idk what to do. I thought it could be a memory issue on my phone so I even deleted some stuff so there would be enough memory for the app to open correctly but apparently that wasn’t the issue seeing as how it’s still kicking me off.

This app wouldn’t load to save its life! This app is so pivotal in order to vote for groups for mcountdown and more recently, Road to Kingdom. I couldn’t even get the app to open before or during voting??! It took WAYYY too many tries of opening, getting an error message, closing, and then trying all over again before I could cast my vote. The app is also incredibly slow and there is no option to go back when looking at credits??! I fail to see the purpose of this app since the mwave one works decently ok and since whosfan is NOT up to par with any other voting app.
