The New York State WIC Program is a supplemental nutrition program for families with young children and women who are pregnant.
WIC2Go is a mobile app designed to make shopping easier for NYS WIC participants.
The app can be used by anyone to find WIC clinics and WIC-authorized stores, and to scan bar codes to see whether foods are WIC-approved. WIC participants with an eWIC account can also view upcoming appointments and their benefit balance and expiration date.

Great when it works
I love this app.. when it works. Recently though, I keep getting kicked out for no reason(Annoying) and there is no one to contact to help or try to fix the problem. I created a new account with a new address and then it worked again for a couple months and now it stopped working again. I really wish they would fix this bug because otherwise this is a great 5 star app. Unfortunately until then I'll just delete it because it's not worth the trouble constantly creating new email addresses.

Try creating new account with a different email address
I’m having the same issues as everyone else. App is good, but just stops working out of the blue. I created a new account with a different email address and it worked for a few months. But today, I can’t log in AGAIN! I’m going to try to create a new account with a different email address again to see if that helps. It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point and after so many negative reviews for so long now, you would think the app would be fixed already!
Update: still the same. Works for a few months then stops. I’ve have to re-register using multiple email accounts and every time it worked again. Just really annoying to do so.

5 stars but not as of lately!
This app use to work flawlessly! Now going on about 6 month or so it has not been working; signing In is impossible! Your best bet is going to the super market and making the line twice one to just run your card to check benefits and the other to actually check out. This is a lot of work for a disabled single mother like me. Asking the teller to run my card before starting my grocery shopping is a lot due to the long wait on some grocery store lines. WIC is an amazing program and my little one and I benefit so much from it. Honestly! PLEASE fix the log in bug! Thank you and I hope this essential app gets some maintenance ASAP!

Won’t let me login
The app just stop working randomly it was working fine until today I went to login and it keeps telling me invalid credentials and I know my password so why it keeps saying error then I tried the forgot my password and when I type in my information it tells me invalid my card works fine it’s just the app stop working I even deleted the app and reinstalled it on my iPhone XS Max and it still telling me the same thing I don’t know who to call about this problem until then I only give 2 stars please fix this problem

Kicked me out and won’t let me log back in.
It was actually pretty useful up until September. It started to glitch and would occasionally kick me out of my session. I could always log back in as my user name and password were saved. But now? I can’t ever log in. I’ve deleted the app and it says the same error message when I try to log in. Please fix this bug, we need this app. Thank you kindly.

BETTER THAN THE PAPER
I don’t know why this how such a low rating this app is great. It explains to you what’s wic and what’s not wic. It’s very clear and easy to use. I really recommend, it’s better than carrying papers everywhere. The pictures really help to show u how items look like to show u what’s wic. It is better Bc some supermarkets don’t label wic so this helps u find it urself. Has a barcode u can scan it tells u if it’s approved or not if u are not sure.

LOVE This App!
Not sure why this app has such a low rating! I love this app and how easy it is to check wic approved items, see how much of what wic foods I have left and when my appointments are. You can also scan barcodes in the store if you’re not sure if a certain item is wic approved. I give this app a solid 5-stars!! Thank you for making it soooo much easier to shop for wic foods!

This app doesn’t work more than it actually works!
The app would be fine if it actually worked! 80% of the time it does not let me log in and says user not found. It will work on the website so I know my user name and password are fine, it’s just the app. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it and it doesn’t help the issue. They need to work on developing it a bit better to fix these bugs. Until then it gets 1 star, if I could I would give less!

Can’t log in
I have been using this app for awhile now. But lately there’s times I cannot log in. I put my info and it will say account user does not exist. So I delete and see if I can log in again. Same issue. I go to register just to see if somehow it will work and it says email already exist. But logging in was saying the opposite that my user acct doesn’t exist. So what’s going on. Please fix this issue.

Keep getting error message
I can’t log on anymore it gives an error try again message? Not sure who to contact about this as the card still works it’s just the app that I can get on now. Was working fine until today. Will change review when resolved.
