Great game but algorithm is off
I am level 539 and it is consistent for the last 110 levels: the levels marked “Hard” are far, far less difficult to beat than the levels not marked as hard. The Extra Hard levels are as difficult as one would expect.

Game Starts Over
This is an awesome game with great graphics and story line. It also has all of the great features and power ups of some of the best match 3 games. I loved everything about this game until I got to level 17 and then the game just randomly started me back over at the beginning at level 1. This is a real let down. Not sure I want to continue to play until I know that this issue is fixed.
Update: Updating the Netflix app resolved the above issue. I’m now on level 60 and counting with no further progress save issues.
Update 2: There is a glitch on level 295 where it is literally impossible to remove the flower that was hidden under a statue in the middle of the screen. I’m done. Good game but tired of the glitches.

cant uninstall,
Can’t uninstall, but the game is cute!!
So I’ve had this app for two month. And I am very happy with how the game has been along. But there are some issues where first off there is where I cannot uninstall the app. i’ve tried everything. From resetting my iPad I’m just trying to uninstall all my apps nothing has worked! And whenever I get to where we meet at the mine with all the other animals, I cannot seem to get past there. It freezes up every time and it has actually deleted half my apps because of it I’m just very unhappy. I wish I could give it five stars but I can’t.😢😁

So fun until it’s not
I’ll start by saying this is a really fun, well made (mostly) game. I’ve been playing it almost nonstop for months. Sometimes it’s really tricky to pass a level, but I like the challenge. However there’s a glitch on level 595, where there is one missing penguin. I’ve had it happen several times now, where there are no penguins left on the screen and I lose because I can’t do anything useful, sometimes with as many as ten moves left, so I don’t think it was ever going to show up either. It’s just super frustrating to get this far and not be able to proceed with the story or game in general. :(

BUG ALERT LEVEL 639 and some other stuff
Until the most recent update, I really enjoyed this cute match-3 game. Nice graphics and storyline. As it is now, LEVEL 639 is impassable. It requires a collection of 10 yellow stars that unfortunately never drop (appear). Although I appreciate the quick release of new levels and even more timed side missions, I would not mind waiting to allow the developers time for a little more testing. I encountered several other bugs with this update but those didn’t prevent the player from advancing.

Cute, but reset my account after two chapters
Apparently I have to write my review elsewhere, then copy and paste because there’s a gesture that triggers “back” and wipes out everything I’ve entered. How stupid is that?
Well, not as stupid as wiping out all my progress the second day and starting me over at the beginning of the unskippable tutorial, and then not providing any way to complain directly to the developers. Just as I was about to replace the Meerkats’ sign… boom. App deleted unless the devs see this and process some way to restore my coins and progress. Too bad, was cute and entertaining story driven match-3 game… was just getting into it.
Oh well.

Glitch that prevents you from moving on to next level
Fun game to play when passing time, but they just recently did an update and added new levels that can’t be completed. Everything was fine until you reach level 649. You have to get a certain amount of different color pieces to reveal parts of the board. That would be fine, but you have to get yellow stars and they are no where to be found on the board. You get all of the other shapes/colors, but not the actual pieces needed to complete the level. At this point, playing this game is a waste of time.

Beautiful game, broken with no support
Gameplay is solid, graphics are beautiful, and refreshing to play match-3 without being confronted with ads or purchase demands. Lost all progress mid game, after playing for hours. After finishing a level my coin and leaf count reset to zero and the tutorial restarted. Customer support provided no help and while others are reporting this happening repeatedly, there are no announcements from Netflix as to what the issue is or when it might be fixed.

Lost all my progress
I was up to level 180 or so and then poof I’m randomly teleported back to level 1. All my progress lost. This is the third time it happened and I was on the latest update as well. Uninstalled for good. It’s a shame about this bug because it really was a fun match 3 game. By the way I notice how the devs are being selective to some people with responses and are ignoring those of us whose games have completely restarted from the beginning and losing all progress as a result. Shows how much they care about fixing the game.

Story progress restarting bug
This is a fantastic game but when I got to level 205 it restarted the story progress where one meets Liam. I played through the level hoping by completing level 205 it would force the game to continue the story from where I was at but it didn’t. Now I’m in the dilemma of retaining my level progress but forced to play them within a restarted Chapter 1.
