App doesn’t work
I downloaded the app to purchase one of the dropped basketballs. App locks up and won’t work. Asks for my phone number and when I enter it nothing happens. Annoying that I have to go through an app to begin with then it doesn’t even work. Seems like someone needs to do a little de-bugging.

Cool interactive app
I got the app to check out the limited release basketball but it has been a cool way to see what’s going on with Wilson basketball. Looking forward to future expansions and eventually picking up one of the limited Evo basketballs

Worthless app
Purchased the footballs with the expectation I would be able to scan and save the ball with signatures on it. Maybe put a message saying this isn’t a feature anymore or maybe change the packaging on literally all the autograph footballs. Definitely uninstalling it.

I have been trying for 30 minutes now and it will not scan this NFL Cleveland Browns signature football at all. Tried all different things, will not scan. So much for Christmas present. Super disappointed.

Friend who’s an NFL player signed a ball and had a message on it and it never read the ball no matter how many times I tried to scan it it’s stupid and doesn’t work

Terrible
One, why would Apple allow an app that requires a cell phone number, to use it. Two, even if you provide a number, they never send you a code. I once used this to check out drops that aren’t on the website, but now it’s completely useless. Do the developers even validate their code before breaking the app?

Can’t verify number
Ever since the last update. When I submit my phone number to verify I never get the verification code. So I keep missing drops now
