Such a great resource for those pursuing Certification!
Whether you’re studying for the CMS Introductory or Certified Exam, or another certification, this app is great to have on hand! With maps, mock quizzes, timed exercises, plenty of flashcards (in 2 difficulty levels), and more, there’s so much awesome material to work through for the price. In the 2 weeks leading up to my Certified Exam, I used GuildSomm, The Wine Bible, and this app—and that’s all I needed!
In terms of flashcard difficulty levels, Level 1 is right on target for the CMS Introductory and for much of the Certified Exam’s theory portion (at least the one I took this February). If you really want to feel secure in your knowledge it doesn’t hurt to dip your toes into the Level 2 flashcards.
I never had any technical issues with the app either, which was great!
Overall, thanks a bunch Paul for making an app that makes it easy to study in line at the grocery store. My shop manager used the app to study too, and we were both able to pass our Certified Exams recently, so thank you!

Such a Great App
I just passed my Certified last week and this app has definitely helped me get here. I especially loved the quick review notes for each testable country, but the Burgundy Grand Crus and Champagne Tete de Cuvees list were definitely my most used. I also had a little bit of an issue one time with the interactive map quizzes, and when I reached out for support, Paul got back to me quickly and the issue was resolved asap. Thank you so much!!

I just passed certified!
This app was super helpful in my studying for the Certified Sommelier exam. Maps, quizzes, thousands of flash cards. I used it for 2 months leading up to it and was worth every penny. The day of the exam I went through all the spirits and cocktails and that pushed me over the hump to pass the service section. It’s such a no brainer… instead of scrolling Instagram when I had a few minutes I’d do a set of 10 or 25 flash cards. Thank you!!

Great Tool
This is a great tool for supplemental learning. The flash cards are perfect, and you can choose your level of difficulty. With exam tips, maps of countries and appellations, plus auditory help(esp helps for pronunciation purposes or to listen to while working out, etc), this app is a wonderful tool for those wanting to increase wine knowledge on a personal or professional level. Really helped me in passing my CMS-A certified exam. Thank you Cork Dork!

Huge help...especially when pressed for time
I’m studying for WSET L2 and am doing so while working a full time job...life’s busy! The app has helped me get way more efficient with studying and I’m getting more and more correct answers on the quizzes. Love that I can use it anywhere, particularly when I’m on the go or I’ll pop it open while waiting for the kettle to boil or eggs to cook and brush up my knowledge. Love it!

Super Useful!
I downloaded the Wine Study app while prepping for my WSET3 exam. I found the Flashcards and the Wine Maps to be incredibly helpful and the mobile aspect of being able to study anytime, anywhere allowed me to find time to study whenever I had a spare moment.
The quizzes were also great for checking on your data retention.

Very helpful for studying for Certified Somm Exam
If you’re studying for the Certified Somm exam, this app is incredibly helpful. I used the quizzes and flashcards on a daily basis, which helped me memorize key information about each region. There’s a lot to absorb when studying for this exam, so finding a reliable source of information is really important. This is a great app to improve your wine knowledge and help prepare for exam day.

Amazing Resource!
I have just begun CMS introduction course and this app will be a huge help! Not only will it save me from writing out hundreds of flash cards, it also is so convenient when I have a few minutes free wherever I am. Perfect for CMS study
This app had been a great aid and Paul did a good job designing the content to help you study for either the CMS lvl 1 or 2 exam. I’ve used this along with another app to make my own flash cards and the duo of those is a really great way to work through each region.

Amazing App
Amazing amount of detailed materials. I’m preparing for CMS level two and this is a great addition to my study material. Anytime, anywhere I have down time I’m able to check out flash cards, maps or even take a quiz.
