I love this app. I have struggled with infertility for the last few years, so I had downloaded the app when I first started IVF and it had its bugs. They have made a lot of fixes and upgrades. If you have Win Fertility benefits, I would say that you have to get this app - it’s so helpful! If you don’t, you still should try out this app. There are a lot of features that can help you anyway, like fertility tracking and up-to-date evidence-based practices.
So, I do have Win benefits. I used this app to connect to my primary nurse with the company. I’ll start by saying that my Win nurse called me to provide support and guidance frequently. The only time that I needed to reach out about a medication issue, it was really easy to get in touch with her and the team, through the app.

Very user friendly and helpful!
This is app is very user friendly and makes it easy to find resources on exactly what I need in the information center. Made it simple to connect with a care manager in a timely manner while also being able to view the fertility tracker.

I love how I can see all of my authorizations and prescriptions as well as engage with my nurse so easily with this app. It really takes away a lot of the stress associated with fertility treatment.

Crashes
As many others have said- the app does not work for Me. It crashes and doesn’t load any information. I get a text that says a prescription is ready and to go to companion app for details. There is nothing in the app that gives me any information. Treatment status is blank and other sections crash.
This app needs to be update and work out some of these bugs.

App crashing on PHI Form
I got a text that WIN received my prescriptions and to check the app. I cannot get to the PHI page to take action on my prescriptions or view any of my information, the app crashes every time I click it. I’ve tried reinstalling and nothing works. It’s very frustrating and there’s no web app experience to use instead.

Can’t get past sign up
There’s an error with the gender selection in the sign up flow. When you click in to gender, the default option appears to be female- is you can’t select it. If you select another option in the dropdown, the selection doesn’t stick, resulting in an error message when you click Next to continue through sign up.

Crashes
Whenever I try to go to my PHI Page it just crashes . And the web based portal just stays stuck on the agreement and doesn’t let me navigate to anything else . I don’t know how to access any of the forms to give to my doctor .
