Small bug fixes and improvements

We are now athlete-focused. Follow the athletes you care about and then only see their highlights in your feed.
Other changes:
- Notification support. Don't miss a game or new highlight. Receive notifications when there is a new moment to explore.
- Better streaming support for low bandwidth situations. Many fields and pitches are in low bandwidth areas. Now you can broadcast from there as well.

Tons of new features including:
- Camera Streaming stability (more reliable uploads and streaming)
- The ability to add Athletes to your roster and then tag them in the moments that are captured
- Support for our automated creation of moments and athlete tagging (you provide the camera, we do everything else!)
- Improved Scoreboard Overlay

- Livestreams can now be watched on lower resolutions in places with lower bandwidth
- Team admins can now view streams they broadcast from 3rd party cameras
- Video player now indicates when loading
- Share icons now match iOS icons

- Team owners can now create events much faster with the new “Quick Event” button
- Broadcasters can now exit and quit the Winsight app without crashing the stream (doing so will pause the stream)
- Broadcasters are notified when the server experiences errors so they can restart the stream
- Livestream player on mobile can now withstand the broadcaster pausing and later resuming the stream
- Max broadcasting bitrate set to 5 Mbps to avoid wasting extra cell phone data
- Error reporting on the broadcaster screen has now been standardized
- Fixed a bug where editing a game would delete the video
- Fixed a bug where the broadcaster screen would start in portrait orientation not landscape
- Fixed a bug where you would have to refresh a team's dashboard to see that an ended broadcast was indeed ended
- Fixed a bug where changing an opposing team name would wipe their score back to 0

- If you want to broadcast with a separate RTMP compatible camera, you can now manually get the RTMP URL for a game
- If exiting a broadcast, you can now end a stream from the dashboard without going back into the broadcaster camera
- If you end a broadcast, you can now click "options" to restart it
