The graphics and details or good images are clear and steady live music is right online. However at times the system appears to not allow you access into the system related to certain casino games possibly the system is going through an update. In most cases the games are fully don’t you know some games or sit at a very low limit of play others are saying it at a high limit of play and all I’d rate this 4 out of 5 stars. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because I always think you could do better.

As a previous person stated in the reviews, conceptually you would hook your players with wins & then decrease the wins to the variable win rate. While I do not see the issues with the developer, nor the app. I see the issues with a specific game host(Konami). Though I have test to play some of the other game hosts aside from the slot e-game, so far they are the only ones with this lack of concept.
Also, the background audio shouldn’t be such a short loop. Why not double the audio loop? Considering, they have the means to, & they could easily just take the recorded audio from one busy night at the actual casino, & run 2 mins of that on a loop. It would give a more realistic vibe.
Lastly, I think they should strongly consider converting this into a VR optional game! With that you could place your phone in the VR & have a real like experience into the casino. I think this would attract way more business!

It’s difficult to imagine....but the developers of this gaming app don’t seem to understand how to attract and keep people who will play enough to eventually purchase credits for the game. I’m assuming this game is developed by the same people who run the real Winstar Casino. Even the most novice of developers need to understand that you have to get potential players hooked so they will buy credits. You get players hooked by giving them big and numerous wins at first, then slowly decrease their wins. I downloaded this app and within 5 minutes had depleted my bankroll. Will I buy credits? No! The games are like those in real casinos....which is nice....but this is an online casino.....so don’t says the odds are the same as those in real casinos....because in REAL CASINOS you can win REAL MONEY! It’s a shame they don’t seem to understand the basic psychology of attracting and keeping players. Would I go to their real casino....not if they treat p,Ayers as they do on here.

I downloaded a few apps but didn’t like how they capped your wins or max bets. I play a lot of roulette and the way this app goes is very realistic to how the casinos are. I also like how I get daily log in bonus chips. Been using this app for almost a week now and still been able to go off my free chips. The only thing I wish it offered was the ability to sign up for the players card because you get 10k bonus chips for linking it but I haven’t been to the real casino in years and don’t remember my card number so I’ll have to call to find out.

I've tried this app out for about 4 to 5 months now. I'm also level 36 in side bar. It's 1 xp per 50 spent, so I've won/lost 15,447,900 and currently have 434,646.

1. Your not ever going to win more than 5K on the fortune wheel. I've tried even using a 4 hour timeer and collecting four to six times a day for over two months. Rarely do you get more than anything over 500.

2. I've been down to nothing and slowly built up to over 700K. However, I've never won a large jackpot on any of the games. Most was about 100K on a 800 bet. Now, I typcially bet less than 1K or the base bet on most occassions, as I played to go up in level.

3. Real rewards - I got one and only one in the last 4 months and that was a discount on a meal in a restaurant at the Casino.

4. This app is more about you spending money to buy coins. They charge a lot for those coins too. Better to just spend your money at the casino.

Summary - yes it's a fun distraction. However, don't epect to win any large amounts in the game. Do NOT spend money on it. I've got friends who play other online gambling games the have better payouts.

I wouldn’t recommend it unless you have nothing else to do. Every 4hours you might collect enough coins to play with for 5 spins at best. If the timer is correct??? Which it is not! I love the real casino and all the benefits that come with going irl. The application on the other hand is lacking so much. I play all the Vegas application and can at least get something for my time, but for the world’s largest casino to put out this application is sad. I would definitely recommend it at the real casino! The brisket at the buffet is awesome and the pay outs are pretty good in my experience. My wife and I go about 2 times a month. Just my opinion.

I can’t see some fields on some games, ie chips at the bottom or too if the screen while playing. But understandable with the games being made by different companies. My husband would love to play, but he still gets the invalid email issue and can’t sign up. Please fix! (Not app specific, but Winstar overall specific) Sounds on my iPhone also play while it is off of silent. I’d love to not have to turn my ringer on to be able to hear the sounds, if that makes sense.

I am playing with my account linked. The game glitches about every 15 minutes and has to reload. The machines do not pay out and on the app available for iPhone it doesn't have all of the games as on PC. I have found 2 games that are fun. Although on my phone it doesn't pay out right on one and the other is not available. I think this is a neat concept, but, I think you there are lots of bugs to work out. I also think your daily bonus could be higher. The amour you give is very low.
