Added Crossfit Open 2016 workouts to Standards list!! New and improved date picker for My WOD's and 1RM section which now has a year. Display option bug fix for "zoomed" view. Fixed a couple spelling errors in Standards, if you load a backup file you'll get the misspelled version too, new users will only see the proper name (sorry for any inconvenience). Changed the code to allow you to move between items in WODS and return to where you were in the MY WODS list. REMEMBER to back-up your WODs in the MORE section. Enjoy and work hard everyone!

Not bad - one of the few that is flexible
I've been looking for something to help me track workouts at a gym that used to be CrossFit but is not TECHNICALLY CrossFit. So I want something that involves HIIT workouts like CrossFit but isn't confined to whatever is the official WOD. Also, I don't need the app to be my trainer for me - I already go to my gym. I wanted something that lets me track what I've done and how I did.

This app is about the only one I could find that does that.

I'd like it better if it had menus where I could select common workouts rather than typing everything out in the notes or description sections, but this is the only reasonable option I have found.

Thanks, developers - for making something that is flexible and is about tracking, not training.

Best WOD tracker with times.
It's got everything I need, has weight calculators, standard WOD’s, timers for home or travel WOD’s. Cool simple design tops it off! However, if you're looking for a workout generator, this is not for you.

Sure is pretty
Its a pretty app. Works well for %1Rm training. And i like the simplicity of how you enter the wods you want to track so there is not a lot of blank daya like in Xercise app. I don't like a few things about it. It doesn't keep a 1RM history for tracking progress over time. Just the latest date and it doesn't let me select i did this on my boxes RSS feed workouts like the WOD app will. Maybe these features can be added with an update?

Terrific
This app makes workout tracking so easy. You can create a new workout or let the app know that you did a WOD again which is great for tracking progress. When I got a new phone, I just restored the app from my latest backup and had all my info without any issues. It doesn't get much better than that.

Sweet app! Good bye note book and pen
This app is awesome. Makes life so much easier after a wod now that I don't gave to write on sweat covered paper. Would be even better if you could link your own box's website to the daily wod page. And does any one know what the fb kettle bell is??
