The previous version of this app worked so much better. Since the update, I no longer get the new issues each week like before. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app several times, which brought up a few issues, but not all the issues that should have already dropped. The Restore Purchases option doesn’t work at all.
I’ve reached out to the developer (Vikas) directly three times. Each time he tells me he has no control over the content that appears in the app and I need to contact the publisher.
This makes no sense. Since my subscription is active and current, the publisher has no reason to give me access to some issues but not others. In addition, everything I’ve described above is happening within the app itself. How can the publisher help me with issues that are clearly app-related?
In the email he sent me last night, Vikas told me to let him know if I have any other questions. Again, this makes no sense; Vikas has made it clear that I won’t get any help from him.
If you still want to download this app, go for it. Just know that if anything goes wrong, the developer won’t help you if the basic troubleshooting doesn’t work.

No longer receive all issues
I’ve used this app for over 7 years, was great until this year. Sometimes several issues come at once, some never come. Customer service never responds. Very frustrating. I’m giving it 2 stars because I do like the magazine.

6 month subscription paid for and yet it doesn’t let you view magazines as locked and asking for $2.99. I have deleted app and reinstalled and still same problem! I have contacted for support and is my 3rd attempt without response. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!
