The Wonderlic Personnel Test, or Wonderlic test, was formerly known as the Wonderlic Contemporary Cognitive Ability Test. It is a common pre-employment technique for assessing prospective employees' cognitive and problem-solving ability.
Wonderlic is used by recruiters to seek entry-level and managerial applicants. There are 50 multiple-choice questions in one test for the applicants to complete in 12 minutes. Each of the question will is worth 1 point, and the average score among test takers is 21.
