OUTSTANDING!
I consider this app to be perhaps the most important single piece of software I own. All the other apps have at least several competitors that can do much the same things, but this app has no competition. I am an author who spends most of my workday in either writing my own materials or editing and rewriting material for others. At least six or eight or even ten times a day every day I use this app and love it. It has made it so much easier to find just the right word, making the process of getting the exact shade of meaning much, much faster.

Quite possibly the best app in the store
This app approaches perfection in design and function. If you are a developer and you want to see what a really good app is like, look at this one. It is useful to me when I would otherwise look to a thesaurus but its utility goes much further into areas outside my bailiwick. Sometimes after I use it I just poke around to see what I can find. I can imagine many other uses for this way of showing the relationships between things, such as ideas and concepts. I’m off in a different world now but if I was still developing software I’d be looking at ways to use this technique.

The essential creative writers tool
Having this tool in my creative writers kit has made my success build and grow since its first version. Mind Maps, planning, building training systems would not be useful, for me, in my line of work without Wordflex. An intelligent, erudite and innovative tool.
Think with it, expand what connects, keep going deeper than you knew before. Bringing you closer to the truth than any other word play App, at least the many I have tried, can produce for you. Nothing left to say but a sincere thank you WordFlex.

The Writer's Savior
If you have ever been stuck trying to find the perfect word, then this is the program for you. Let's say that you are looking for a word that means "to help," but that just doesn't capture the full essence of what you are trying to say. Type in "help" in the search box, and watch a plethora of substitute and nuanced versions of that word appear. The perfect word will be there. Select it, and it will illuminate the full meaning you were trying to convey.

It's an excellent Dictionary, an invaluable asset for teachers, students & vocabulary lovers. But there's always room for improvement such as the number of pictures can be increased & pictures can made in colour & different grammatical categories can be allocated different colours. Even if their team doesn't have these plans in the offing still I would rate it in 5 stars. Thank you for such a wonderful app: Wordflex.

This is a purely amazing app! I consider it to be a far-better than any dictionary in the market. It is visually pleasing and thorough in its terminology. I love the touch-expandable branches, which makes the search for terms and definitions an enjoyable experience. Branches are laid out in a logical manner. Thank you for equipping us with such a powerful tool!

Please let us know if Wordflex is still active. I rated it 2 stars because I cannot reach Robert Scheiner, and there has been no update in a year. This was an app i paid for because I truly enjoyed using it.
I enjoyed the rich language exploration of words, their relationships and meanings that are also strong sparks for brainstorming ideas. It deserves 4 stars, but I may have to consider removing it. Too much has happened on the web etc to go that long without signs of maintenance.

Have used it for decades
One of the best apps I have seen in over 40 years in the tech industry. A lot of computer and information product capability was invented over that time, and Wordflex is still a class act example of a UI and application that is a class act application.

There is nothing quite like Wordflex! It is by far the best thesaurus on the App Store, anywhere really. It is a superior product. Use it once and you we be convinced and will believe you have found a gem.
