Workout Counter is a simple and easy-to-use app to support your exercise routine and fitness goals. You focus on the quality of your moves, while the app works on the quantity for you!
This is the free, ad-supported version of this app. An ad-free version is also available on the App Store. This version has the same functionality as the ad-free version.
Using it is as simple as 1,2,3!
You have the option to set the number of repetitions (up to 99) and their frequency/speed (from 0.2 second to 20 seconds), or the time in seconds you wish to exercise - you can select the mode using the button on the top left; then just set the number of sets (up to 99) and the rest time between sets (from 1 to 99 seconds) by touching the plus or minus buttons. On the top menu, choose how the numbers will be announced: spoken (default), a beep or neither (in case you prefer or need to exercise in silence). Then, on the bottom menu, touch play and get ready to begin!
Hit pause or stop at anytime, and remember that you can change any settings above "on the go".
